I ordered 3 pcs and only recieved 2. I emailed their costumer service two weeks ago to ask when the third one will be arriving as it said they’d all be arriving at the same time in the delivery confirmation email - but no answer for two weeks now.. And no refund. I love barebells and have ordered from there before but safe to say that if I don’t get a response, refund or redelivery I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered from barebells directly as I thought it made more sense. The shipping wasn’t as fast as expected, but my email was responded to after a couple of days and the product shipped after 4 days.

The products themselves deserve 5 stars, as they're lovely, but my first order with Barebell's has been disastrous and no-one will answer emails or respond in any way, so the customer service is appalling. There's no phone number either, which I wish I'd noticed, as that's always a red flag. I've even tried reaching out on Facebook, but still been ignored. I'm a 70 year old with health issues, hence the need for extra protein and the need to have goods delivered. DPD, who are usually very reliable, didn't even attempt to deliver my parcel, just took it straight to a collection point, which is too far for me to walk to. DPD won't help at all and said I have to go back to Barebell's for them to request a redelivery. If I don't collect my parcel by tomorrow, it will be returned to the company and I'll have lost nearly £70. My only option is to take a taxi, which will cost me approx £15 with waiting time. All in all, an utter shambles and I definitely won't be ordering again, which is such a shame because I love the products. Had they been delivered as promised or if the company had responded and fixed the issue, I'd be giving 5 stars, but you really shouldn't be trading if you just ignore your customers once you've taken their money.
