Refund request ignored - it's not barefoot it's bitterfoot

I don't know about the quality of the product but I have some experience with the company.

We ordered 2 pairs of their shoes in October 2025. We ordered the largest size (UK 12, EU 45) as my feet are quite big but EU 45 fits sometimes. Unfortunately, when the pack arrived it turned out that the shoes were too small (though they sent the correct size) so we had to send them back and ask for a refund.

Even though I sent back the shoes the very day they arrived (well within the 14 days allowed) I have still not received a refund or a proper reaction from the company.
Tried to reach the office, but they can only be contacted by email. To which they do not reply. I have sent them 6 emails so far and have not received any real response, only the automated reply emails.
I am writing this on 23 December so it has been over 6 weeks.

Support is practically non existent, they do not comply with their own Terms of Service - how should one trust their product?

Non-existent company

Non-existent company. Cheap quality and bad sizing. Trying to return and get my money back, will turn to Customer's Protection company in Hungary, otherwise nothing will happen. DO NOT buy!

Do not order

Do not order. I just lost 28.000 huf for a cheap shoe, size wrong too, customer service wont answer, website says the send back is frer, but its not true, you need to pay it, but then its a roulett weather you gonna receive your money for it, or not. Reading people's experiences on social media or forums, its like max50% chance for the money back - which of course they promise, in 14 days action, but its a BS too. VERY ANGRY

Scammy company

Re-selling from Temu, 10 EUR worth, shitty quality footwear sold for 3-10x price.
In case you ask for a refund they only reply automated emails, so basically nothing.

HUN: Temuról silány terméket, többszörös áron továbbértékesítő átverés.

Non-existent company

Non-existent company, non-existent brand. Goods are ordered from Temu and sold at triple the price. No refunds if goods are returned. Fraudulent company with well-structured marketing.

Fake company

After 3 weeks the soles of the shoes fell off. I asked for my money back, no reaction. Then I looked closer, non-existent company, with a fake company registration.
