They have changed the formulas on several of the products I have been using over the last five to six years and the changes were not good. They also changed out the shades and I have not liked the changed versions like I did the previous ones.
I also think they are geared for women 55 years and younger. The market is becoming better for products geared for older women. There are many choices now so I am looking at those companies as I use up what is left of my Bare Mineral products.

Several years ago I bought a BareMinerals Ready Bronzer which I hadn't used and kept it in my bedroom cupboard. When I finally went to use it, the case is all sticky. I tried cleaning it but I can't get rid of the stickiness. It's even difficult to remove it from my hands after touching the case. I contacted the company and they said over time, certain cosmetic packaging materials can break down, especially if stored for several years, which can cause the case to become tacky or sticky.
They ignored me there on.

I have been using Light 20 neutral in 16+ hours Barepro foundation for a long time. This has been changed to 24+ hours and I ordered usual colour via Boots website.
When it came it seemed to be a different colour. I contacted Bare Minerals telling them I’d bought this via Boots. They suggested I apply the old colour and the new version of the colour and send them a photo. I did this and then Bare Minerals said they couldn’t help me as I had purchased via Boots! Now Boots won’t take the item back as it’s been opened!

The ingredients of the BUTTER DRENCH CREAM on the Bare Minerals website are entirely different from the ingredients on the Ulta website. The cream I have the same ingredients as the Ulta's ingredients list. So how come these lists are entorely different? Yet I do not see a "Reformulation" note?? This is shady!!! Cannot trust this brand's ingredients!

The website SUCKS!

I purchased the tinted moisturizer. I thought I might have good luck with this brand as when I was younger, I absolutely loved the powdered foundation that is in the little jars. It was beautiful. However I'm now 49 and my skin doesn't look good with heavy liquid foundation. Which is what this products amounts too. It goes on thick, looks cakey and all together looks terrible. ON ME. If you are seeking a full coverage foundation with a moisturizing quality, you may like this product. However I feel the label as a "tinted moisturizer" is misleading. It's a full coverage foundation.

I love BareMinerals! The BareMinerals Prime Time original foundation primer is the best primer I've ever used in my life! Whether it's under your makeup or without makeup.. it's a total game changer!

Great customer service! My package was misdelivered and never turned up in my mailroom. Within a couple hours of me reaching out via email, they shipped out a courtesy replacement. (Also, I loooove their tinted moisturizer! Great product.)

I have never written a bad review but has anyone else been as unhappy with the new owner of BareMinerals as I have. Since Orveon acquired BareMInerals I have had to wait 5 months to use my "Diamond status Good Rewards and I noticed that my previous total had been reduced by about 1000 points and my purchases made since January 1, 2023 do not show on my Good Rewards nor my order history. Very disappointed in BareMInerals and how they have treated their long time customers. I have not been able to get an explanation from their customer service.

Can't get a Refund. I quickly returned the product that I ordered on-line using the Fedex return label. My refund request was delayed for months even after repeatedly contacting the company. Now they won't provide a refund because I have since closed the account I used to pay for the purchase. Why can't a large company provide a refund?

Ordered product in Nov. received the wrong product in Dec. Tried to call about 5 times and was told that the system was down due to upgrades. Finally another month later in Jan, I reached someone who said they'd fulfill the order with the correct color. Now it's another month later in Feb., and I still have not product. On hold now to try and get it shipped. Ridiculous! I'll be shocked if I ever get the product.

Ordered products at end of November as UK stores are constantly out of stock. First parcel despatched for delivery by Royal Mail at start of their strike. Waited over 2 weeks so asked for replacement parcel by different courier or full refund. Replacement sent again by Royal Mail in midst of another strike! Will not be ordering on line again and shall now insist on full refund

Terrible experience ordering on the Bareminerals website. My order took 1 month to arrive. The tracking information was difficult to find in their confirmation email. Tracking information was slow/inaccurate. When the items arrived, they didn’t work for me and I wanted to return the items. I contacted customer service and have not received any response back. Their website makes it sound like they’ll be very accommodating to returns. Total lies. Do yourself a favor and order their products from Ulta or Sephora instead.

Bare Minerals online agent said system is down to call back 2 days. His accent was so broken we could not understand him at all. This is BULL...! I have a gift card but I don't know balance on card. I gave agent card # and he was useless. Denise

The sight is very hard to navigate. It constantly glitches. Also they’re always out of stock.
I like the make up but will not buy from their site.

So disappointed with my purchase of bare minerals foundation. It leaves the skin shiny with white bits sticking around the eyes and head where it gathers. Brought the brush also. Waste of £50 and i dont recommend this product. A mediocre foundation from the high street are better and a lot cheaper. Unhappy customer

What is going on with this brand? In store and online, the colors I need are out of stock! Powder, cover stick, whatever I'm looking for is sold out. So I waited several weeks and still not restocked. There was a good sized area for BareMinerials at Ulta but now its reduced to half an isle and out of almost everything. Looks like I'm gonna need to find a different brand.

I do not use these product but went into a store to purchase a gift card for someone. The sales person told me she had to have my email address to complete the purchase. She actually apparently signed me up for their rewards program. I started receiving emails updating my rewards status. They have a link to contact them to remove you from this program and the emails. I have contacted them multiple times over the last year requesting they remove me from this program and their email list since I never signed up. They always respond that they will take care of it but it’s obviously lies because I still continue getting these emails that I am still in the rewards program. I will never be a customer based on this horrible customer service experience with them.

I've had excellent experience with unclaimed let your skin breathe it looks great. But recently they have been out of my bare minerals powder foundation very difficult to find

I started using bareMinerals in high school. It was the only foundation that didn’t clog my pores or break me out so I continued to use it. I still am a loyal customer.
