Although it seems they require better service consistency based on previous mixed reviews, the company refunded my money on request after a flight change complication I had no control over, therefore my experience was 100% positive.

Better than big OTAs
The website is better than big competitors. The price is right. I like that they reduce their commission compared to the huge amount we pay as consumers to the big OTAs - this is necessary to stop extractive broker-companies from soaking up our wealth - you know who you are lol. Overall good experience with the booking process and the car rental section was also very easy to navigate.
