Shoes are to small and not the right to size as what the cart says.
Did a return then heard nothing back so I had to contact you. Had to pay for return which I understand is in the policy but I would've paid way less if I just Pudo myself(your way is super expensive). You said you where sending the return shoes so long because you took so long to respond to me, then I didn't get it, I send back the previous shoes and still haven't received any feedback on when I will receive my new pair. Very poor customer service.

I purchased your product on 2 October
I requested an exchange.
The product was returned on 10 October (via courier)
It is 20 days since I made the purchase, and I have not received a replacement product or a refund.
And no communication/explanation.

The shoes are great but one size 12 pare is larger than the other pare of size 12. ????

Delivery was speedy. The returns service was excellent. The shoes are the most comfortable I have ever worn

I ordered on 21 October and today is 28 Occtober and I still have not as yet received my order!

When I ordered they double charged me (2 separate transactions so not an ordering error on my part). I notified them immediately and still they delivered both sets of the same shoes saying I could return them. When I did, they kept R200 return fee even though the whole thing was a fault of their system. I see on google numerous others have had the same issue

When I placed my order, two pairs of the same shoes were added by mistake. I contacted your team immediately through the contact page right after payment, but was informed the next day that the items had already been dispatched and that I should follow the exchange and returns policy.

When I received the order, I found that the size 5 shoes were slightly too small. I then paid an additional R200 to exchange them for a different colour and size (size 6). The exchange was delivered to you and confirmed as received on 22 October, but I have still not received my replacement pair.

Easy ordering process, quick delivery, classy yet minimalist packaging, quality product and no more neuropathy in my feet!!! Yay!

Why wife and I firstly love the versatility of the barestep, esp when travelling. They are light, pack easily, can be used to hike, to sightsee and in water. We have less sore feet when doing more than 10000 steps compared to wearing the usual ‘takkies’! Then, the ordering site is efficient and easy to navigate - a breeze!

My order was dealt with efficiently, thank you. I am pleased with the shoes and am enjoying getting accustomed to walking in a correct manner. They are good for my feet and my hips.

I reacted to an add of yours that said “buy two get one free” but failed to click on the code required to confirm that order. As as result I got two pairs and paid for two pairs. When I queried where it all went wrong you gratiously refunded me for one pair even though I had made the error with my order. That’s what I call Cutomer Care, thank you!
