Air port pick up was extremely busy so had to redo my reservation confirmation thingy which I'd already completed online days earlier to supposedly make it quicker (fun fact - it didn't). Had to get a puncture repaired and the customer service for that was excellent.

Fantastic value and easy process
Fantastic value. Easy process. Very friendly and helpful staff. The best location at Hobart Airport for pickup and dropoff. The car was a little older than usual rental cars, but it ran perfectly without a hiccup.

Change in booking with no notice
We had a 3 tonne truck booked and when we went to collect was told they had down grounded us to a small 1 tonne truck. we booked the big one as had to collect a table that would only fit in bigger van. when asked why they said they called and let us know however no call or log in phone from them. Will never use this company again. We had hired numerous vehicles prior and never had an issue. Very disappointing
