Good car . Great airport transfer service

Rental car was great, staff fantastic, price competitive. The only downside is you may have to wait 30mins for transfer to airport when returning car.

And helpful staff. The car did the job but just. But that’s what I expected for the price. I’d write there again and again.

Junior at the Melbourne airport was great for check in. Later on my license was lost. Bargain was able to forward me photos of my license for use on the rest of my trip. Great service all around.

I booked with Bargain Car Rentals Melbourne cause they were cheap but I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, booking for the day prior. When we got there, I told them my mistake and they fixed it hassle free. Even though I booked through a third party, they fixed it and gave me an additional day without charge. The cars are out of the airport and you'll need to take a shuttle service to the location but it was no trouble. I would recommend this company. Staff are great.

The staff and service provided was excellent. The rental prices were very good. The car was super clean and new. Highly recommended.

First up I was Very happy as I had recently used bargain on the Sunshine Coast so I went with you guys again I cleaned car &!everything before I took it back as I always do & I also said I wanted to get a car for a month could he help me & he said no speak to head office & then he said I was smoking & I'm a non smoker & tried to charge me $120 for cleaning, at car wash ppl were smoking but I Don’t Smoke 🚭 so I was abit upset about that

Your pick up & drop off driver was terrific. Also you helped me out in lending a usb cable as mine broke.
Very easy to deal with & the car was great.

The check-in was quick, and the car booking met my expectations.
On the return of the car and shuttle bus back to the airport, I left my phone on the seat of the bus. Within 24 hours, I received an email confirming it was found and instructions on how to get it returned. I am very grateful to the driver of the shuttle bus.

Overall given what you offer i cannot complain, however in comparison to other rental companies at tullamarine, their cars are cleaner, their shuttle service is more personal, more regular, my flight typically departs 8am, typically I can arrive at others around 6:45 whose opening is 7am to find they are setting up and their shuttle is ready to be at the airport at 7am. Your gates opened 6:55 and the shuttle bus didn't depart until 715. I found customer service to be slow and indirect/ impersonal and the car cars weren't clean enough for a rental standard.

Great prices. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially when the lovely 2026 Toyota corolla hybrid I was given had several features I did not know how to use! Administration online, on arrival and on return was quick and thorough. Shuttle from and to airport very welcome. I will definite use this company again. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Great customer services, always helpful and timely

Moe at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The car we booked wasn't available, but he found an even more suitable car, helped confirm luggage would fit, and even gave a discount for a different car. I would definitely use them again. George who drove the transit bus between rental facility and airport was very polite and courteous too.
