Budget Car Rentals was able to provide me on short notice, a new Toyota Camry Hybrid sedan at competitive pricing that I needed for my recent 6 day trip in Perth and Margaret River (when their next door competitor was fully booked out). The car was a joy to drive and fuel efficient. The staff was friendly and service was hassle free for pick up & drop off. One improvement to consider is the message on the IVR when calling for the shuttle van pick up at the airport. Instead of giving a misleading message that the we will receive a message at the end and none came when we waited (not clear what is this? SMS? Or phone call back?) simply say a shuttle has been arranged or dispatched and on the way to pick you up

Just Great service and Price
Even after leaving my print out of the details at home, I did the pre check-in on my phone at Perth Airport (Free WiFi), the text service worked a treat and the website plus my email confirming the car I was able to get picked up and delivered to the depot. We got more car than we "Bargained" for and the drop off and shuttle back to the airport was flawless. Friendly staff, amazing service and the best price, what more do you need!!!

This is the first time I used Bargain Car Rentals and I will be using them again. The rental cost of the car was excellent, however I will be using them again because of their customer service. Very friendly and seamless service from pickup at the airport, through to registration and then return. I have used almost every car rental service in Perth and the customer service is usually subpar.
