Ordered a shirt at the beginning of December with a promise on the website to be delivered in two weeks. I contacted the company and got a response the day after with my tracking details. The item got held in customs as they come from China but the company kept in contact with me. The shirt finally arrived after six weeks of waiting… and I received an incorrect item, not the item that was advertised. I contacted the company to let them know it wasn’t the item I ordered and low and behold, no response! I think it’s funny how they’ve gone from replying within 24 hours to ignoring my emails completely. It’s a shame as the shirt was perfect condition, just not what was advertised! Incredibly disappointed and no way of returning the item!

Ordered a shirt on 12 Dec 21; on January the 10th still waiting. The company has stopped responding to my queries . When they did reply the messages were curt. No sympathy, no explanation, no willingness to investigate . Please avoid.

Ordered a shirt for my boy for Christmas and they advised the order had been processed (On 17th November) and would be with me in 2 weeks and sometimes less. Given this would be well in time for Christmas I was comfortable with this. Couple of days ago I got worried and asked them for an update. Given a tracking link and now appears I will receive it between 29th Dec and early January. One disappointed boy on Xmas day. Do your homework, I didn't know this was coming from China and may have avoided it if I had. Earlier review mentioned the 2 weeks which was rebutted by the site - this is what they said to me in an email
"Your Shirt should arrive within the next 14 days (often quicker).

If course they did not 'promise' within 2 weeks. Disingenuous at best. If you have time/delivery deadlines you may wish to look elsewhere.

I was anxious about ordering from this website after reading reviews, but my son badly wanted a shirt I couldn't get anywhere else so I gave them a go. I paid via a bank transfer, and received a confirmation email. Then nothing for over 2 weeks. I emailed them to see what had happened and they replied within 48 hours to explain the shirt was caught in Customs. They also gave me a tracking number which worked fine and I could see the shirt was in the UK. It arrived after nearly 4 weeks from order. Quality looks fine, although I'm no expert. I would be happy to order from them again- but do allow several weeks for delivery from China.

Ordered a premier club shirt end of November, I don’t expect prime quality for this price. Have to say, it’s a present for someone, was delivered today, 2 weeks later. Looks good, excellent tracking, kept me up to date with the progress. Had a genuine shirt from the club shop a few years ago, badges fell off in no time. I would buy from here again, you get what you pay for, very happy here so far. Hopefully washes well

A brilliant shirt arrived after 9 weeks. The wait was painful and response was too. But the shirt arrived and it was a hard shirt to find.
I guess the wait was worth it. Im just happy it is finally here.

I purchased a football shirt from this company for my dad's birthday. The shirt arrived 13 days later from a Chinese address rather than the address listed on their website.
The shirt wasn't as pictured. It was manufactured by an alternative manufacturer with their logo across the front (whereas the listing mentioned that it was made by Umbro and showed the official shirt without the fake logo rather than the fake shirt with the fake logo on it).
I suspect that the good reviews on here are fake as many appear to have been left from people living in Great Britain yet they do not seem to know English!

Originally had some issues with the delivery confirmation however emailed them and was quickly responded to by Dwayne.
He sorted this and sent me details first thing Monday morning.
Was originally a bit dubious about this site however can confirm that it is a genuine site and Dwayne was more than helpful.
Would purchase from again.
