Shelly customer service, I guess refused to send return label to where item was shipped. Would only return to buyer in Tennessee where item was shipped to Alabama. Then only 2 weeks to return, broken item. Be very cautious. Look at Amazon first at least no issues with returns

Hi William, As you order was placed on etsy we advised you that we would send the label thru etsy messaging where you will print the label but you refused. and wanted us to email it to someone else which we must follow etsy rules. all conversation should be thru the etsy app. also you said it look glued on and resold but we saw broken item from the other person. when we reach out to esty we were advised to tell you to open a case so it can be covered and refund that you refused also.
