I'd like to leave 0 stars but sadly that's not an option. I bought a whistling kettle from them via Amazon, it was scratched and had a faulty lid. After contacting them I received an email saying someone would get back to me within 24 hours. More than 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. I tried doing a review on Amazon but it was rejected because they said it was aimed at the seller not the product. Today I got an email from them saying my case against them was closed. Obviously they don't care about their customers at all.

I think it is time Amazon Uk takes action against this company and remove them off their platform. I will also say stay away from this company. They are a bunch of crooks.

I bought a gas stove from this seller BARGAINS GALORE from amazon uk and it was in bad state used and case was damaged and not the one I wanted. Bargains Galore refused refund and they says they never got Photos and amazon uk A-z refund guarantee didn't get it and amazon uk refused refund and bargains Galore says to amazon uk we are confused. I phoned amazon uk customers services many times and they lied to me and so did the tracked return to Bargains Galore and they got it then they says we sending it back to you so I says no I don't want it. Contacted amazon customers service and again lied so I requested refund and Bargains Galore says we haven't recieved it yet please provide tracking. I says don't worry I'll get the Police to find out where it is and guy who took it as Police will help you. Bargains Galore says we are going to refund you and amazon uk confirmed it. Bargains Galore knew the Police would find it with bargains Galore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM AMAZON THIRD PARTY SELLER BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO EVEN SCAMMED AMAZON UK AND MYSELF. Good thing I mentioned getting the Police involved. Amazon uk customer services are a disgrace and amazon uk don't care about there customers!

I ordered item though Amazon it turned out it came from this company requested return. I had to pay to return which I did not heard a thing

Shocking seller on Amazon avoid at all costs go somewhere else or pay a bit more. As other customers have said items are nowhere near like their description and want you to pay to send them back amazon should hang their heads in shame too letting sellers like this on their platform

Ordered a waste bin through Amazon bin arrived half the size yes a 16 ltr bin received as ordered but not the dimensions as shown on Amazon I went by dimensions Not capacity of LTRs this is a mis selling problem this company needs to be removed from selling on Amazon I would give a no star rating if I could I would not recommend this company to anyone

If I could give no stars I would sent item back 3 weeks still waiting for refund this item was bought through Amazon I emailed Amazon who said refund would be done after investigation still no refund why do Amazon use sellers like this very poor indeed Amazon

Ordered a Portable Calor Gas Heater in December, it is now March and the heater leaks gas, tried contacting this company in the middle of March and they don't respond at all, i am now sitting with a dangerous gas heater that i can't use

Having bought some 'so-called' shoe polish on Amazon, I discovered this was completely misrepresented and was just dry sponge within a plastic container.
Told by seller I had to return the item at my own expense.
A complete rip-off. I have already complained on Amazon and only wish I could report this seller so that other buyers don't lose their money too.

I had the misfortune to deal with this company at the end of January when I ordered a childrens sledge from them via Amazon. This was delivered in a damaged condition and was sent back by return. Foolishly, in retrospect, I immediately ordered a replacement from them before receiving a promised refund. This second order went missing and was never delivered and after much prompting by me eventually received a refund for the non delivered item. However, some 3 months later and despite several detailed emails sent to them, I still havent received a refund for the damaged item and have given up hope that I ever will but hopefully some would be purchasers will read this review and avoid my bad experience

COMPLAINED BUT NEVER GOT ANY ANSWERS
