Ordered on Sunday, received package the next day. Fastest delivery I had ever.

Ordered tamper, knock box, frothing can, scale, tamping mat, ... All appear good quality.

I placed an order last Sunday, March 8th. The shop proudly advertises on its website: "Order Mon–Fri before 22:00, shipped today!". Naturally, I expected my weekend order to be dispatched on Monday at the latest.

It is now Saturday, March 14th, and my order has still not been shipped. There has been no proactive communication or explanation for the delay. I am highly disappointed by the unfulfilled promises and the poor customer service. If you rely on getting your items in a reasonable timeframe, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Upgrading the portafilter and tamper of my Sage Bambino Plus launched the "barista experience" of my setup through the roof. We only live once and deserve the very best.

A bit expensive but definitely great quality. Especially the qr codes on packages give you good additional information and tell you nice tips.

Smooth ordering process, but I received a damaged product. It was relatively easy to open a ticket for this on the website. The solution offered (new product was send without further costs) was acceptable. However, after not receiving any new product for more than a week I did have to send them a reminder. After that I received an apology and shipping was promptly announced, and the product arrived a few days later.

Great quality of products & fast delivery.

Ordered a bottomless portafilter and a few other bits. Happy with the quality and service. Delivery charge could be better but it was fast.
