Saw an Instagram post and thought it was cool, impulse buy, upon further investigation I saw a much cheaper option due to the currency exchange rates...so within an hour I requested a cancellation of my order, twice, to both their contact emails. Ghosted on both of those

So I email them to start a return, ghosted on those as well

So I decided to use the contact form, they reply, state I'm responsible for mailing it back to them, despite the fact their return policy states otherwise, and when I ask them for clarification, they ghost me. At this point I'm just out $60 because I really doubt they will honor their policies, and even if they do, at this point. Screw bark badge. What a circle jerk of stupidity.

Lesson learned, don't waste your time or money with these clowns

*Edit: also confirmed they do get emails, just chose to not cancel them and ghost on returns or refunds. 👎👎👎

Do not use this company. I ordered a badge at the beginning of July and it's still not here. Shows that left London to be delivered to mine by UPS and I chased it yesterday (22nd of September) and they suggested I hadn't paid custom charges. Said they wouldn't give me a refund. Previous to this, I chased last month and they said they would reship. But they haven't.

Don't use. Awful company, awful customer service.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAM!
I live in Spain and paid over 50 Euros to get the barkbadge delivered here (product costs, shipping, international taxes). Once received the app only worked for 1 day and then completely froze, even after deleting and reinstalling it several times. I also restarted my phone several times and the app doesn't work at all. Barkbadge customer support completely ignores my messages and even deleted my negative comment on their website. STAY CLEAR

Never received my order so asked for a refund over email, Instagram, messenger, you name it. Emails were never answered, I eventually received a tracking link on Instagram that showed the item was being returned to sender - I was never notified the package was even sent out! After some messages on Instagram where they kept saying they would “check” (check what??) I eventually got ghosted, they just stopped responding. Same thing happened on messenger. I tried commenting on insta but I got blocked.

This is an extremely unprofessional company - do not order from them because if anything goes wrong with your order, you will not receive a refund or even an apology. Ridiculous! They also remove all negative comments and reviews on their social media - this and similar has happened to multiple people, but of course you won’t find these posts anymore. The Federal Trade Commission has been notified.
