My pups & grandpups love all of your products. I ordered 2 sweaters for my pups that where way too big for them. Instead of having to return them you sent me another 2 of the same sweater in the size that fits. I am donating the ones that were too big to Richland County Animal Shelter. I'm also going to donate some of the toys my girls don't play with.

We love our barkbox so much! It's the perfect combination of treats and toys and we like to share the toys with our friends. I always really love the themes, from the human, though the dogs don't seem to care about the themes that much.

I love that you guys email back fast & help with prombles l have with the toys that my dog Storm has prombles with . Its my 1st time having a pitbull puppy to raise . They sure are chewers & l have to keep my eye on him all the time with chewing things . I wish you guys made toys that where like stuffed animals but without stuffing & that he couldn't chew off the legs , tails or ears . That would be great . Plus some of the toys he chews so hard that pieces come off .

Bark box is GREAT!!!!!!!!! CASON ALWAYS LOVES his boxes.With his box that came the other day they gave him 3 toys and tons of treats including Woof brand.He took to treats and toys right off the bat!!!!!!! Especially pea pod stuffed with two squeaky peas! Those peas were all drooled up in no time FLAT!!!!!!Carson looks forward to his box and when it comes I can't get those tags off quick enough!

Everything we get in our boxes is loved by both of my dogs. And Jack is working on his 3rd T-Rex. He just loves it.

My dogs have loved every box they have gotten. I have a pitty and a bully and they love destroying toys. I still get them the stuffed toys, knowing the toys time with us will be fleeting but, they enjoy every minute of the destruction process. Their customer service is fantastic. The treats are great. I have even bought a couple surprise boxes and have been thoroughly impressed with what has been delivered. The only downside are the ridiculous deals they send me cause I am going to go broke spoiling my dogs... 🤣

My dog loves the toys and gets so excited when she sees the box. I also gift my niece and nephew their Bark Boxes for their dogs. They also love the toys and treats

My pups love the boxes every month. The toys are great and they enjoy the treats!

My dog, Ruger, gets so excited when he sees me bringing in a Bark bag from the mailbox. He will drag the bag around until he’s ready to dig in. I cut it for him and he pulls out what he wants. Usually goes straight to the toys.

My Rottie Annabelle just loves her Bark Bag...she knows that it is hers and is excited to get her toys..she loved the one with the pig face..she actually loves all the toys. She is a heavy chewer and for the most part she is unable to break them..if they have 2 parts. She may be able to remove the smaller part...she still loves the Carrot and chews on it every day..
You are doing a great job..and the edible treats are great for rewards when we are walking..they are smaller and soft so quick to eat while on our walks...thank you for bringing her joy😊 😃

My lab puppy truly loved her BarkBox when it arrived! The toys are indestructible and fun, keeping her actively engaged in play.

I signed up for this shortly after adopting our dog and wanted to spoil him. It was supposed to be a trial for a bit however I’ve been very impressed and so has my little guy! Every time bark box arrives he goes nuts!! Not only are the toys and treats perfect for him (he’s a super chewer) but to see how happy he gets when his little package arrives makes my day. The toys are excellent quality and he loves almost all of the treats. It’s been a much better investment than buying cheap toys that don’t last or poor quality treats. Plus the emails and post cards are hilarious! Worth every penny!

My pup is a very heavy chewer. She destroys just about any toy. Barks makes toys she enjoys playing with and if she dies destroy them, Barks replaces them free of charge due to our monthly subscription. The subscription also makes the toys a more reasonable price compared to buying them at the pet store, Chewy, Walmart, or Amazon.

My dog loves the toys and treats. The customer service is really great; they go above and beyond. I like that I have the option to add to my monthly delivery as well.

Our Bark Box experience has been awesome. It’s a great day when it arrives. We actually tell him the whole story as it unfolds. Order has been placed, order has been shipped, let him know when it will arrive, tell him it’s here and usually place it on his chair and let him sniff it for a little bit. We make a production while opening it and we have his full attention as well as his step brother Pickles. They are so excited and both get to play with the toys and I split the chew stick and they get 1 piece of each treat. Always a great time opening the bag which was a great idea on y’all’s part. Communication from Bark is always great and all the reps I have dealt with are awesome. Keep up the good work!
