Awful!!
Don’t bother - I am still waiting for my roll mattress since Oct, they keep assuring me that it’s being dealt with, have asked for refund and they have told me it’s in hand, I will take it further if necessary!
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I previously bought the brown cloudlite V2.2 and to be honest I was a little disappointed.
I recently picked up the updated cloudlite pro and this time i was genuinely really impressed. The new design looked really comfortable online and because it was on a big discount, I had to try it out.
It's lived up to all my expectations and they seemed to fix everything that I wasn't so happy with from the old product. Highly recommend.
I purchased two mats online. One leaks and one has an inflator that doesn't work. They offer a 60-day money back guarantee. However, I have now exchanged 12 emails with customer service, and have provided photo and video evidence that both mats are faulty. They keep asking me to use their return link again which doesn't work. I am beyond frustrated and wish I had paid with PayPal so I had a realistic way to get my money back.
I purchased a sleep mattress and couple of months ago. It was an advert on social media. I ordered, not realising it was from Australia. I have just opened it ready for my trip. It is thick as described but my goodness it's noisy. Because it is from Australia and I'm UK, I can't return. Was of £55.
I bought 3 sleeping mats at the end of june. 1 was slashed, 1 was missing a valve so couldn't retain air obviously so only 1 worked. We sent pics and they originally responded quickly and asked if we wanted a refund or replacements. I said replacements and they said they'd shipped but after that they started asking for more photos. It's more than a week, no replacements mats and they've gone quiet. I sent the additional photos as requested. The irony is that they came back (after they said they'd shipped the replacements) and said they still needed more pics due to "quality control". If only quality control had been in place at the right time. Feel like I've been suckered in by their fake reviews and videos.
Poor quality sleeping mat sent from China. Not fitting of the spec advertised. Company failed to respond.
Product not as advertised on Facebook.
Cheap quality.
Not worth the premium price.
Avoid.
