Barkibu has performed very well when…
Barkibu has performed very well when there was a claim for my pet. There were some issues initially with the paper work and there has been back and forth with customer care dept but all was sorted our eventually. The process of submitting relevant docs for a claim can be further improved never the less with a little back and forth the issues are sorted out.

Annoying and deceptive/misleading
Constantly spams you with repeated unsolicited e-mails with fake Google customer reviews and deceptive/made-up/misleading information ("The last few spots are about to fill up." - ?!) if you request a quote/simulation.

Unacceptable Delays and Constant Requests for Documents
Hello,
I would like to share my experience with Barkibu.
I submitted a reimbursement request on April 2. It took until April 16 just to receive a response, and only to be asked for additional documentation. I provided everything requested immediately.
Since then, there has been no update, no clear timeline, and no resolution.
What is especially frustrating is that each time you respond, new documents are requested, even though all relevant information has already been provided. This creates unnecessary delays and gives the impression that the process is being intentionally prolonged.
The lack of transparency and slow response time make the experience very disappointing.
At this point, I am still waiting for my reimbursement with no clear communication from the company.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Although I have requested two times to upload the new contract (with the correct name) on the app (Docuten section) , this is still not completed and I m not able to sign the contract. After so many times the old (wrong contract) is available on the Docuten app and not the new one
