Absolutely the worst week sleep ever .why would premier inn put families with uncontrollable kids in bedrooms above customers wishing to sleep ,I complained twice.but was just told if it happens again ,basically get up get dressed and come to the reception. Then how do you get back to sleep. It’s a joke. Going to be staying at the ibis next door this week
