Your delivery courier is useless
Your delivery courier is useless. Maybe you should extend your two to five days delivery timeframe to cover the whole country. Product ordered Thursday still not received despite apparently attempting twice! What they mean is we ran out of time so didn’t bother. I have a parcel box so they definitely didn’t attempt delivery.

Great food not so good customer service
Great food , not so good customer service. Often told days before my subscription they haven’t certain items left in stock . Customer service used to be second to none going out there way to look after there regulars sadly this as gone which is a real shame .

It can be fairly normal for some pets to prefer dry food once it’s been open a little while — the smell and texture can change as it “airs”, and some simply like it crunchier and less aromatic than a freshly opened bag.
If you’d like to help keep it appealing while still keeping it safe and fresh, we’d recommend:
• Storing the food in a cool, dry place and resealing the bag tightly (or using an airtight container).
• Only putting out the portion Shelbie will eat, rather than leaving lots of food exposed for long periods.
• Checking the best-before date and that the kibble looks and smells as expected.

Amazing dog food the differece in my collie sice going on it amazing he just wasnt getting the nutrition he needed as a working dog breed ,hes filled right out but is absoloutely solid all muscle and his coat is just stunning always got people asking what i feed him ,uve tried other expensive brands origin,accana etc didnt seem to do much for him over few months noticed the differece very quickly seen improvement with him on barking heads would never go back could be bit more affordable i end up going outwith barking heads to get it at around £40 but amazing food
