Dog food is fine, very happy with it. But box it was delivered in was left on doorstep, even though I was at home no one knocked to let me know it had been delivered.

Good to order online, delivered really quick and well packed. I ordered Fat dog slim biscuit and pouches.
My dog loves her food and she can not tell the difference between the normal chicken pouches and the fat dog slim ones.
I like the fact i can still give her the same amount but slightly less in the calories.

I've had to contact customer services by phone once, due to my own stupidity it has to be said, and the agent was very helpful and efficient and quickly solved my issue for me. Plus the awarding of rewards points is very generous and these can be redeemed for Barking Heads products of your choice. What's not to like about Barking Heads!
