Poor customer service - slow delivery (17 days to deliver - bad show!)

I ordered beer from this company via their website barleyhops.co.uk on 3rd Jan 2014 for a relatives birthday on the 10th Jan 2014. Their website states that the average delivery time is 3 days. By about the 15th Jan after the delivery failed to arrive I emailed the company but did not get any reply from them! The delivery completed on 20th Jan 2014, 17 days after ordering. So if you don't mind waiting then it's ok, but if it's for a birthday/anniversary etc; then be warned.
