The Barn2 team has always been very helpful! Every time I have needed them for one of their plugins, they always address my needs promptly and professionally. 10/10 I would definately use them again for my website needs.

I recently experienced several checkout exploitations from unapproved users on a members only store. We added a custom popup message at checkout with an email opt-in, which was suspiciously being accessed and sending lots of spam mail. The support team at Barn2 was very thorough in helping me troubleshoot potential vulnerabilities and loopholes in woocommerce. They responded to my support ticket very quickly and provided real answers right away, while offering their recommendation to beef up my security on my checkout page. As it stands now installing a google recaptcha checkbox on the pop up message is doing the trick to stop spam attempts. Barn2 support always offers useful help even when support goes beyond their own products!

My organization is using BP's Document Library plugin. We really enjoy the user-friendly interface and ease of use. More than anything we appreciate the team's customer service and response to questions.

I asked for a feature that fastcart did not have. They eventually added that feature and emailed me that it was now available. I used it and needed it to be revised. They then sent me the extra code to add, and its now working beautifully.
Support was very responsive.

They are fast, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Quick answers from the support and very good plugins! I really like working with Barn2 because if your run in to problems or have any form of questions, they answer quick and are very understandable! Will work with them more. ;-)

This plugin, with it's conditional logic component is a pleasure to use.

When I hit a bump with getting the product options to show in pages using WC-single-product blocks, with custom templates (using site-origin), the Barn2 team made the effort to provide me with additional code snippets to hook in with the custom template.

I really appreciate the commitment to provide their users the best that they can offer, and support them. For myself, it made a seemingly impossible task possible.

We are using the plug-ins of Barn2.com and they are awesome! I had some questions about the customisation and the support replied so fast and they where extremly helpfull! Would recommend Barn2 10/10!

I've needed to contact support at Barn2 a couple of times now and it's not as stressful as it is with other developers because I know exactly what I'm going to get from them- a quick response and reliable and knowledgeable help. The Barn2 Plugins are very stable and easy to use, and the vast array of different plugins they offer make it easy to do so many different things on our site without introducing all of the potential problems that come along with mixing and matching plugins. Everything just seems to work...and in the rare case an issue arises, they are fast and helpful!
One other thing we love about Barn2 is their official YT videos. They make using their plugins that much easier!

We had a problem that we could not easily resolve. Barn 2 replied extremely promptly and supplied us with a variety of links that provided lots of information.
So pleased that we continue to renew our plugins with Barn 2 each year as one never knows when a problem will occur.

This company not only forces you to use their products by disabling functions you can use with other free plugins, but they don't give you live customer service or support like everyone else, they are quite expensive and you have to adapt to their time, they won't adapt to yours.
I am in the Americas, they sell their product to this part of the world, but they do not give customer support during our hours of 8 AM to 6 PM, now I have to wait for them to feel like answering and I will have lost today Friday and later tomorrow Saturday and Sunday to finish my project.

Very good plugin (Document Library Pro+Password Protected Categories) for our archive webpage.

This company has a really good customer support in my opinion. They do a good job! If you face a problem they are very cooperative in finding a solution! You can feel that it's not only about earning money. It's all about satisfied customers. They make very good products and though you can always find some missing features, they are willing to look into or to put it on their to do list!

But I'm finding all my answers before they reply, so I'm not really getting any "support" LMAO!

The tool is missing some much need features for "higher end / Advanced" uses so I'm building them myself...

I built my first subscription site using WooCommerce and I used 2 of Ban2 Plugins the product table and the product filter plugin. Both are great plugins and the interfaces on both are easy to use. Both had all the options I needed. BUT the most outstanding thing with Barn2 Plugin was the support. I would highly recommend Barn2
