These people are cold hearted who care nothing about helping others achieve their goals. They only discount the most expensive package. And even discounted it is unaffordable if you're disabled as I am. They apologize but do nothing to help you get your book marketed.

I am a first time author of the book "Hurry moon" My overall satisfaction with bn publishers has been very good. It is not a flawless process by any means and some of the services take a bit more patience than I originally expected........ but the positives are numerous if you are either a first time author or someone that is not an expert in editing, graphic design and certainly social media. Terrance, my project manager daniel winston is capable and responsive to any and all concerns especially during the editing process and showed much patience with me as I continuously made changes during the early part of this process. Mark harris in the marketing department has been a godsend regarding all things related to promotional activity and helping me with my social media activities he is highly capable and a wealth of knowledge regarding all things social media related he is also very engaged and patient with novices like myself. My website is very professionally done and his team has done a good job of editing my videos and posting to all of my sites. The struggle for me and I suppose most authors is how much to spend as we try to navigate uncharted waters regarding how to get our product in front of more potential readers...but that is completely up to you. bn publishers helped me see my vision come to life and put out a product that I am extremely proud of in the end.
