Baromew 

I ordered 2 tops from this company after seeing a pop-up ad on my phone. One week after I placed the order, I still hadn't received a tracking # so I contacted them via email (which is the ONLY way to contact them listed on the website). No response. The items did show up about 3 weeks after I ordered them. Although both tops run very large for a small, I could live with them being a little baggy. The quality isn’t great on either top (both are very thin for a “sweatshirt”), but one of them is super casual so it’s mostly for wearing around the house anyway. The second one is nothing like what it looks like on the website. It is very thin and shiny material and looks super cheap. So I contacted Baromew a second time via email and asked them for a return authorization for one of the tops and said I would keep the other one. Again - no response. I'm not really surprised since I never received a response to the first email. So I will eat the cost of the second shirt and donate it to charity. My lesson learned is NEVER do business with a company that has no phone # on their website, and obviously, I will never do business with Baromew again.

I ordered several tops from this company in small. Upon arrival, these tops were closer to large, or could be small for an elephant. When I requested returns, the company offered me $30 (out of $242) and to keep the tops. I said no, I want all returned and I full refund. They then offered $50 and keep tops. At that point I called American Express and got the full refund as they totally agreed with me. DO NOT ORDER from this company, unless you understand there are no returns, which is not stated on their site.

I immediately fell in love with the hoodie when I saw it online but was hesitant to order it because I have been burned so many times by online sales scams. I went ahead and ordered the small and I am so happy I did. This hoody is soft and roomy and just all around comfy. So glad I took the chance and ordered!

The dresses I ordered did not have good quality
Material very thin and see through. In the packaging, no information regarding Baromew customer service or return. I have now read something that their return may have a cap at 30 days. The delivery time was greater than 14 days.

Pleasantly surprised at quality of fabric and print.
Size is true to fit although a little on the long side for me ...5'3".
Shipping time reasonable.
All over good experience would definitely recommend.

I had a hard time to follow the order! Ihad to write to service customer to souvent it! They did and after I could follow my order! It took a good 4 week-end to get the parcel!

Ordering was easy and it arrived rather quickly

When I finally got the dress it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted for my class reunion at a yacht club on a sunny hot day. Only problem is I didn't receive the dress until the reunion was over. I gave it over 2 weeks to get here. Nothing was said about delays because of UPS driver shortage when I ordered. After the order went through and my credit card was approved THEN you tell me. I live on a golf course and UPS trucks are in the neighborhood at least twice a week. I am tired of hearing Covid as an excuse I don't feel it had anything to do with Covid I really wanted to order from a business other than Amazon. All my friends said you should have ordered from Amazon. Anyway the dress is hanging in my closset waiting for another event that I might wear it.
