Service goes above and beyond
Barrier components checked with me that I had not ordered mis- matched components by mistake. They then tried to create a matching component for me. Great, caring service by people who understand the products they sell.

Outstanding service
I made contact with barrier after finding them online where I spoke to a man called James. I explained that I had taken over a project and there was a system on site that had parts missing. His knowledge was excellent and his service was fantastic and I completed the order (albeit small) with him. My order arrived as expected and all seemed good until I went to put the parts in place and realised that my system was a different brand. I messaged James to gain a bit more advice as I thought I had managed to come up with a work around. He asked for some pictures to evaluate and came back to me very quickly stating that it was a system that they used to stock but no longer but it was possible that they may still have why I needed. A message arrived slightly later saying all good , parts in the post and instructions emailed over. What outstanding service for such a small order form someone he had never dealt with before. I am a general builder and can categorically assure them that I will be using them again as it is so refreshing to deal with people like this. Great service and products. Well done James. 👏👏👏
