Simply brilliant
Not knowing what I was buying, the staff at Barrier Components could not have been more helpful. I called asking for a picture of the items I thought I needed and within 10 minutes if received them. I’d spoken with Alex and the managing director, both could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much. Ordered on a Friday afternoon, items arrived Monday 9am can’t beat that. Quality of product is superb, I could not be more pleased.

I was contacted shortly after order was placed with regards to the length (as the carrier used for long items had gone into administration) we discussed my needs and the staff member was very helpful and we resolved the issue.

Great communication. They were out of stock of one item, but they called to let me know, giving me the option to change to a similar product, cancel or wait.
I just wish their delivery charges for small orders were based on weight and not a flat fee.
