Barron saved us a lot of money and grief!
We've had two RICS 3 surveys done with Barron for the purpose of buying a house. The first one revealed a huge amount of concerns that led to us aborting the first purchase, and we can only thank James & Sara for the amount of money and grief it would have cost us over the years.
Both surveys have been fantastic, even more thorough than hoped, with well written, easy to follow yet detailed reports, which arrived within a few days of each survey taking place.
Communication has been wonderful too, whether phone or email, they are very polite and friendly, helpful, and have taken any of our property queries on board and investigated the particular concerns thoroughly as a result.
We would very highly recommend their services, and we will be using them against in the future if we ever need to.
