Conversions 

I have just recently bought a power conversion for my NGT Dynamic barrow. Excellent product great value, delivered within 48hrs. Can't rate the company highly enough they made the whole buying process so easy.
I believe this is not the old company that previously sold these conversions. If you want one go for it you wont be disappointed based on my experience.

Company took my full payment of 400 pounds with promises not kept .I took a trip to Crawley found company no longer trading at there advertised premises phone disconnected. Went to citizen advice told to try money recovery process through my bank received full payment back from BCUK to my account through bank as company is still a registered company.ps idea waited 20 weeks in total with various excuses before bank contacted by me. Ordered 26 3 2024 went to bank 15 8 2024 money back two weeks later

Same as others , ripped off ,phones don’t work,now web site gone , still active on company house ??? Been on the bank they have helped and refunded me but what a scam, ordered my stuff in February 2024 ,

WARNING SCAM My partner ordered Feb 2024 and as everyone else told waiting waiting for parts blah blah blah then told realdy for dispatch 2/3 weeks then heard nothing website down phone lines down no response via email
Had to go to Fraud Department with bank so suggest everyone do the same as this man & his partner are taking money and obviously not sending out goods AVOID hope they get done Fraud by Deception

Absolute scammers. Please stay away from them. If you ever see the name of the owner ever show up somewhere call the police immediately. They have taken thousands of people’s money. I can’t leave names here but please just google it. You will see they are scammers.

Absolute rubbish, thieving scumbags. Placed an order, paid in full on 3/3/24 and after several delays and being told they were waiting for component parts, on 2/7/24 they stopped communicating. The phone number no longer exists and they have shut up shop and vacated their premises.

Do not buy from this company. He has scammed hundreds of people if not thousands out of their hard earned money... on the 4th August I had been waiting over seven months for my order. He will no longer reply to calls or emails BUT is still taking people money. BEWARE

COMPLETE SCAM!!! Company has disappeared been to the factory to find out they have disappeared.

Still taking orders but not trading.
I have paid nearly £600 for a conversation for my trakker barrow but since placing the order I have no communication back from Barrow Conversions. I have requested a refund and even raised the dispute with my bank but it will take until December to resolve and by that time I assume it will be too late to recover my money.

Unbelievable….

Paid for a barrow conversion kit end of January 2024. All paid for over the phone was told roughly 12 weeks for us to receive it.
July comes around heard nothing so emailed them for an ETA… Got an email from them to say will be with us in 1-2 weeks. We had waited 24+ weeks for this and still not delivered.
No phone calls answered, no emails replied to, can’t get hold of anyone..
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement a lot of money paid out for this and company couldn’t have the decency to get back in touch with us this past month.
So we have had to try and get a refund as we have been scammed.
As many others are having the same issue I urge people not to use or buy from this company..
I am one unhappy customer of many, I’m hoping to get my money back but I am not holding my breath unfortunately as this has been on going for months now…

Seemed like a good product. Highly rated by the angling press. Barrow Conversions were very eager pre sales and very responsive when taking my money. Even offered free shipping 😂😂😂

After money taken, radio silence. Won’t reply to emails, phones don’t work. Social media blocked from commenting and put a message out saying they will not respond to messages.
Goods yet to arrive and no one providing any updates.

Unfortunately looking like been scammed 😞

Ordered back in March. Paid in full. Had the same experience as everyone else. Just had my money back through the bank. Get in touch with your bank before it's too late, while the company is still listed as active.

Ordered barrow conversion at the big one show on March 6 still no show no answer to emails totally crap firm

Placed my order 21st March 2024
All seemed well after placing order then when the due date passed I had the same experience as other customer, no answer from emails and constantly being fobbed off with lie after lie on the phone. Came to the conclusion after digging further into the directors of the company that they are serial scammers with other failed businesses. Now it appears even before liquidation of BCUK they have set up another business doing wheels for garden barrows. Avoid these people at all cost.

Ordered a conversion kit on the 3/2/2024
Multiple back and forths at first running behind
Not having stock and so forth
Then completely went cold not being able to get in contact with them whatsoever
Got in contact with companies who work beside them who are also in the dark with them not having heard of them for months.
Terrible company poor buisness standard's
Now it’s up to me to try and source my money back somehow. I would avoid doing buisness with the people responsible for this company from here on out no matter what idea they come up with next!

Looks like they have now stopped trading .
Placed order in Feb 24 and still not received by 10th Aug 24 .can't get hold of anyone via phone or email as all switched off from 09 Aug , have had to sort refund from bank , but sure there will be alot of people who can't.
Looks like they have just traded using customers money who have paid upfront they are absolute chancers.
Avoid at all costs .

Placed my order 16th May. 12 weeks was up the other day and still no conversion kit. Even as for a refund about 10 weeks ago and they never replied. Luckily started a chargeback with bank as within 120 days and they've refunded me. Don't be caught out by this scamming company

Must of gone bust. No way can any company not answer their phones, respond to emails and treat people as poorly as they are and get away with it. Countless phone calls and countless emails and nothing. Worst thing is I was only purchasing a rear wheel conversion kit that they said would be shipped next day as in stock. Well over a month later and nothing. Processing a refund.....

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a conversion kit on March 12. Paid a 20% deposit and told 3 month wait. Its now 5 months and I have not had any replies to emails and phone calls. Looking at similar reviews, it would appear as though I'm not the only one.
They have turned off all means of contacting them and it would seem as though they are no longer in the premises that they were using. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
