Fraudulent company. Took the money then ceased all contact. Refund appeal successfully lodged. Avoid this company as Company’s House show it was dissolved in December 2024.

Do not use this company. We purchased a bar on the 30th April, realised the bar was tiny so went to cancel the day after. We have emailed 4 times and had no response. Your AI assistant was in a foreign language. Don’t even want to give this company a star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I had read the reviews b4 we ordered I would never had ordered bar contact was awful if we hadn’t of emailed them for updates we would’ve of known on updates which are deliverer was late offered us some lights for bar cos the delivery was late could of got lights for few pounds off Temu the wood was crap had to cut gaps so it would fit together we asked for shelves but it didn’t come with them very cheap and nasty avoid

DO NOT USE.orderd bar 5 weeks ago after chasing them up multiple time.they eventually sent what was meant to be a bar.OMG it was made from a old pallet.holes. wood split all over it.I tried to build it thanks to using wood glue..that was a waist of time as the pallet panels did not fit together.still trying to get all the skelfs out of my hand .Shambles. and still waiting on a reply

Terrible service ordered bar and breakfast bar ordered beginning of March said it would take 7 days didnt recieve until end of April not the best quality but never recieved the breakfast bar at first I thought it would follow the following week but no still haven't recieved it no response I even emailed the courier company no response from them either don't know what to do there's no phone number only email how do.i get my money back and yes I didn't read the reviews I will definitely be doing that next time

Avoid at all cost. Absolutely shocking service and no customer service. Ordered and paid for bar and accessories but never received them and their customer service is nonexistent. Ended up reporting them through PayPal who refunded me.

Avoid this company!!! Horrendous service!!! Ignores emails and instagram messages. Still awaiting responses 4 weeks down the line and been left with no other option but to raise a dispute with PayPal to get money back. Shocking service and wondering if they are actually a genuine company. Do not deserve any custom.

Mixed experience, ordered bar on 4th April with lead time described as no longer then 12 days. 12 days passed, no correspondence so emailed. Finally got a response and an update. Fast forward to today and our bar finally arrived like they said it would in their reply. Bar was a little tricky to put together but overall we are happy with the rustic look and would say it’s worth what we paid. They even threw in free LED lights as an apology for the delay. It’s a shame that communication isn’t better and that some people aren’t receiving their paid products because you could be a very successful company.

Avoid this company. I had to open a case with PayPal for a refund. No Customer service. No reply to emails. Absolute joke waited 4 weeks for a bar the never arrived!! Waste of time!!

Order bar at the start of April, and it was delivered with-in the time frame. The order was for a bar, bottle opener and spirt optic. The optic was not in the box.
I have sent several emails to them, ( they do come back to you if you want to add to the order so its oblivious that they are picking and choosing who to reply to. Having to raise a dispute to get the refund back for the missing item.

For £89 the quality of the bar is what i was expecting. The service is worse than .......

Ordered bar 3 to 10 days delivery. Emailed them saying it was in production and I would received it end of week. NO day 14 get a email saying I cancelled the order. Have emailed no response and still waiting refund. 😡😡😡

Ordered a bar, not delivered. No resonse to emails, phone number defunct. Took a look at Companies house the the company was dissolved last year. SCAM!

I can’t give zero stars but I would if I could. I didn’t read the other reviews until after I had purchased my bar and by then it was too late. Very poor quality, looked nothing like the images in their website, some pieces of the bar were actually broken and to top it off their customer service doesn’t exist. Now trying to send it back to get a full refund. Do not purchase from them. If they do respond then I will update this review.

Scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. As someone else said, I'd give a zero if possible. Placed and paid for order for corner bar. Received order confirmation with delivery between 1 and 7 working days. Bar never arrived and they have not replied to emails. Now reported to fraud agency

DO NOT BUY from here. 1 star as you can’t give zero. Joke of a company. Probably a scam. Ordered on 16th March 2025 and told 1-7 working days. Nothing arrived and no updates. Tried contacting Bars4You and there is no contact number. When they replied on online chat they promised the order would be delivered two weeks ago and nothing. Contacted them again and was told not to worry it would be dispatched this week on a specific day. Again nothing. This happened again. Now in a dispute trying to get my money back. The online chat is now suggesting that I go and collect the item myself but are refusing to say where they are 🤣

Defo a scam waited 6 weeks still no bar no phone number after loads of emails they finally said delivery beginning of week said that 3 weeks in a row then said got lost in delivery there at it finally got a refund but they said £45 they keep cause I’ve cancelled it’s a scam

Is one of the biggest rip-off’s going. I will be raising a dispute with PayPal. This company’s are not fit for purpose. The wood is something that a pallet might be made out of. It’s not sanded and parts were missing. This company’s are never reply to their messages, all they have is some cheap AI bot. There are much better companies out there that so far better products as I have now bought. Phots available for proof

Check companies house records, company dissolved in december 2024....Absolute scammers, ordered two bars one received ok but second has not come, no response to messages, only emails are to review so here it is....trash, scammers, will be seeking legal advice to get money back...please avoid,avoid,avoid...

Echoing other comments here. I ordered a bar which was meant to come at the start of the month. I sent an email out and I managed to get a response from them saying it was in production and was due to be dispatched on the 17th. Over a week later and still no updates. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank to hopefully get a refund as it doesn’t look like it’s arriving. Avoid this company everyone, wish I read the comments before ordering
