Subscription trap
Be very careful and be sure to read the small print.
Bartleby exported hundreds of pounds from me by trapping me by exploiting me through a subscription trap.
The company prays on vulnerable youngsters and unsuspecting adults.
When I confronted their customer support (Richard, supervisor), he was incredibly helpful, point blank refused to consider a refund and put the blame on me.
Thank goodness the government is putting an end to these subscription trap fraudsters. they should be ashamed of themselves.

This app is a waste of time and money. Your questions only get rejected no matter how you upload them. There's just some type of "reason" it could not be answered.
I subscribed to get quick help as they advertise and then it got rejected anyway 10 hours later.
