Not helpful with large problem after the purchase of my property!
Natasha was my purchasing solicitor. I contacted her after finding a large infestation of woodworm within my stairs and clearly visible thick wood dust in my walk in cupboard of my purchased property. She advised me to contact DM Hall surveyors to whom published the home report and if any problems to get back to them. After poor negotiations between myself and DM Hall I contacted natasha and got her secretary telling me she can't talk and that this is not their area of expertise. I asked the secretary if I should start a claim against DM Hall and put on hold again with a come back of this is not their area of expertise with no advice of where I can go to for advise. I am at a total loss after thinking my purchasing solicitor would cover any very significant issues with the property they purchased for me.
