Bought compressor from them few years ago,without tank,emailed few months ago enquiring about air tank and they offered me a 3l tank fittings etc and free postage,for 25£ ish,amazing,guy even did diagrams,video to help put together,they missed a plug and hey presto they sent one,I cannot say enough praise for this company,superb

I needed to order a replacement for my very old AC04 compressor. The item was out of stock so I mailed Bartsharp to see when they would be in. Alison replied and informed me that they would be in stock on the following Thursday. I paid my money via bank transfer as Alison said rather than wait until showing in stock she would send one out as soon as they arrived. She sure did. Arrived Friday lunch time. Communication with the company is excellent. It appears that there are some old values around. I am still waiting for a cheaper unit from another company that was ordered before this one as I needed one asap, but wanted a Bartsharp ultimately. That was supposed to be 24 delivery. Still not arrived. If you need anything for airbrushing just get in touch with Bartsharp. You won’t regret it.

Recently purchased an excellent compressor and airbrushes from Bartsharp. They provided me with excellent advice and guidance enabling me to achieve my requirements. Their service was always friendly and informative presented with a sense of humour which I really liked. My order was processed very quickly and efficiently. Following delivery a couple of minor follow on questions based on my ignorance were answered in their usual polite, efficient and friendly manor. I cannot praise their service more highly and their product are great too.

As always when I have used this company I have received excellent advice and service. The delivery is always fast, next day delivery is the norm.

I made an enquiry about parts. Tim got back to me not only with information about the Bartsharp part, but he also researched and provided me with alternative parts from other sellers. This is excellent customer service as he wanted to help me get sorted and not just sell me a part. I bought yhe part required from Bartsharp as it was by far the superior option. I would highly recommend Bartsharp and will definitely use them again. A++++

Ordered an adapter yesterday afternoon, after their cutoff time for deliveries.
Order was processed after about an hour.
Got it in the post this morning.
That is above and beyond good customer service!

Have bought a couple of airbrushes and some additional accessories and spare parts from during September. Excellent service almost everything delivered within 24 hours. Friendly and helpful.

What can I say. This place is amazing. Made an order on Tuesday morning of a airbrush spray booth and it was with me the following day. First class service. For a small business thier service is fantastic. Would highly recommend. Please BartSharp keep up the good work.

I bought a Bartsharp 183. I used it twice and then couldn’t get paint to exit the tip. I wanted a diagram of the brush to make sure i had put it back together. I tried to phone the company but there is no number available, ‘due to covid’ I emailed twice for some help in assembly and use, nothing back.
My recommendation is avoid this company and go elsewhere.

Delivery built into the price, but still a great price !
ordered Wednesday, delivered Thursday. Excellent customer service. My new AC03 compressor is very quiet and got to pressure very quickly, just what I needed ! Nice to know there are still some honest and reliable vendors out there ! Recommended without hesitation.

I purchased a spray booth with led lights didn't use it for almost a year as my mum just died of cancer, I finally felt up to using it about 7 months ago but last week notice the led strip was flickering and smoking!!

The fault was due to the plastic casing touching one of the chips on the strip and eventually the heat cooked the chip, this ment it just got hotter and hotter until it started melting the plastic..

It tuck a few day's but someone got back to me and I was able to buy a replacement set of led lights but on the new set I'm going to use some nips to cut away the plastic block as it does nothing except cause an obstruction..

Although I did have to wait around 6 months for them to have stock and the prices went up the products were of a good quality

I spent some extended time researching airbrush compressors after starting on Amazon and being disillusioned by the worst of the reviews and the minefield of very similar looking options with little in the information to help distinguish them.

I happened upon BartSharp Airbrush both by listings of items in search results and for their FAQ content in the same way, both of which gave more confidence to make an informed decision.

I sadly then went back to Amazon to look to replace my existing basic airbrush and ended up returning my purchase and going back to BartSharp (which I should have done in the first place!) and ordering one of their own brand brushes.

Alison contacted me by email (at the weekend no less) to highlight a slight difference in spec to the listing and to confirm I was still happy to proceed. I explained my use case and we agreed on an alternative that suited my needs and since it was a couple of pounds cheaper, included some extra quick-release coupler ends to make up the difference which was very helpful.

The site has plenty of information and guides both on choosing and using the equipment, very competitively priced and from what I have seen with what I bought, superior quality in their own-brand items at comparable prices compared to the unknown brand 'alternative' which flood the likes of Amazon, and more than adequate for me to advance without spending the big money demanded by the top brands. BartSharp's own line of airbrushes are also used and recommended by a couple of prominent Youtube channels in the model painting sphere carried extra weight to my decision.

BartSharp clearly know their stuff, are honest about their products (e.g. some listings explicitly state that certain paints may degrade seals and require changing of o-rings etc) and they clearly care about their customers buying the right things at the right price - Alison's email even said "Wanting to get it right first time for you".

Whether you are starting out or experienced and have specific requirements, that is an asset to have which is not always forthcoming, especially with online shopping. Highly recommended, I will certainly be a returning customer.

In each instance I've received helpful feedback to enable me to make good choices which I've found refreshing, particularly since the items in question haven't amounted to a really significant cash sum.

I ordered an Iwata Kustom airbrush from this company. Not only did they offer the best price on the web, but their service was excellent. Alison Sharp contacted me to apologise for an incorrect image on the order page and to check everything was ok with my order. She then kept in touch with regards to delivery.

The airbrush arrived via next day recorded delivery and was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again !!
