SHORT SHIPMENT: On my last two orders I was significantly short shipped the Iberico Secreto that I ordered as part of larger order. Over 25% less weight was shipped than the advertised weight both times, seem quite systematic. I requested the Ops Manager to call me to discuss this, but never received a call, I guess they do not care about customer service either!

Well, I’d like to start off with my bill was too high for what I ordered me and my family went there. The bill was almost $70 for three of us and a little baby. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the sandwich was a chicken patty from Walmart and charge me damn near $15 for the meal. That’s only the sandwich and fries no drink the drink cost more. My kid ordered cheesy fries, which was fair. He said they were OK. My wife ordered. barbecue pork pork sandwich two spicy for being a pulled pork sandwich. It’s supposed to be sweet not spicy. another thing is you have to use cash they don’t even take a card so you had to go to the ATM and I spent four dollars at the ATM at their own machine and other thing is that the waiter I asked for an extra drink and it took her 20 minutes to bring me a drink so they need to get up on our service is a lot better cause it’s terrible service

Great range of produce. The meats are exceptional, both the Galician Beef and Pork!

We use Basco regularly to buy their lovely chorizo to make paella. We usually browse for other things to pad out the package and have never been disappointed. Apart from the quality of the food everything arrives quickly and in recyclable packaging.

Very disappointing experience. Special delivery was paid for the order to arrive on a designated date, however, it arrived 7 days earlier when we were away. Unfortunately, nobody we know was nearby to take it in so by the time we returned home it was gone. I contacted Basco customer service for a refund, and after 3 weeks they finally "processed" the refund... 2 weeks later, still no refund and Jo from customer service is rather unhelpful. Please save yourself the trouble and order somewhere else

Great service. The order arrived when Basco said it would. The packaging kept everything chilled and the product was the best quality. As a chef of 35yrs I could not ask for more.
