Excellent customer support. Knowledgeable csr's and instructors.

Hello, I am a current customer and subscribe to a number of alert programs, purchased a number of indicators and have been a premium member for about four years. The customer service team plus John Olsen are great personnel and deserve much congratulations. However on my very first complaint the company has completely ignored my repeated request for a phone call lor an e mail. Too bad for such a good company to have such a poor customer relations team. I informed them that if my complaint remains unanswered I would post my experience on Trust Pilot. Their answer is apparent. Today June 10 Mr Thomas Wood phoned me an apologized for the oversight. It seems that it was a communications problem. I was so happy to receive this phone call as it has confirmed my confidence the Basecamp 'Trading. I would recommend their services. Eugene Yanovitch

After purchasing one service, indicator or subscription, I don’t like the up-selling for more expensive stuff, making it seem like you should buy more and more to be successful.

Scam. I paid for the training and received nothing., except an invoice copy. I emailed the support weeks ago and heard nothing back. Absolute Scam or uncompensated systems?

I'm well into retirement, and have spent thirty years in different internet training sites, being consistently disappointed with their come-ons, upsells, broken promises, and just poor service. This is the first time I have written a review on any of them, but I feel I must write a review for Base Camp Trading, as they are the first online training I have had that is well worth the money. From their teaching videos to the live trading rooms, I've been impressed by the value for the money I am seeing. Their instructors and materials are firstrate, showing experience in the investment industry and a true desire to help their clients be successful.

Most importantly, their customer support is fast, competent, and friendly. I have had several questions and situations that I needed information on, and on each occasion, they have given me a response that showed they understood my problem, had a solution, or solutions if I had options, within an hour of the time I had sent them a request.

All in all, I'm a very happy camper, and intend to make them my primary supplier of training, information, and tools for trading.

Base Camp Trading (BCT) changed me from a streaky failing trader to a consistently profitable trader. I started learning from BCT in May 2022 when I used the $7.00 introductory offer. I only use Dave’s options trading room concentrated on the S&P 500 and stocks. Thomas’s trading room deals with stocks, crypto, and futures. I do not use Thomas’s room yet because I want to get better with two of Dave’s options trading strategies. The trading room is professional and free of politics. Dave takes the time to answer questions on strategy, market, and individual stocks when the market isn’t moving. Dave’s trading room allows you to see the strategies with live trades. John fills in for Dave and can answer any questions you have about the custom indicators. It is like having a personal trading coach. I only use one of the alert services. The alert service allows me to not have to do all of the homework for the strategy. The alert notifications come through the chat room app and by email. Tech Support is excellent and very responsive. I will usually get a response in one business day. Tech Support works with you until the problem is fixed or you understand your options. I enjoyed being part of the beta test group for some of the indicators. The support guides for the strategies and indicators are very thorough. I have found consistent success with two of Dave’s option trading strategies. I back-tested the overnight strategy for almost a year before I started trading it. The results are very consistent and in the 90% success rate. I use the alert service with the short-term overnight strategy. I receive the overnight strategy alert, place the trade, and then place a stop loss. It takes me less than five minutes and I go back to work. I built up to being able to make in one week trading what it takes me a month to earn at my day job. I am in the low six figures with my day job. The other strategy is about a two-week strategy I use when I travel and cannot watch the market. I follow the rules of the strategy and decide what strikes and risk I want to take. The custom indicators help me define the entry and exit for my trades. The one thing I would change with BCT is having a different email list for customers based on purchases. I own many of the custom indicators and purchased a lot of the training. I still receive a lot of emails to purchase BCT’s products. You stop receiving the subscription alerts if you unsubscribe from the emails.

I gained SO much knowledge from Dave's chatroom! He is the reason I purchased a few of the BCT indicators that I now use daily. As a long term student of the market, I was able to pick up several very important strategies that have increased my profitability and helped me decrease my losses. For anyone considering this membership, give each chatroom a test drive as the moderators are different and bring a wide range of education and strategies. BCT also has an incredible number of indicators and alerts that support a range of strategies and risk tolerance. Finally, the customer support at BCT is the best in the biz!

I started with Base Camp Trading in 2019 and have tried out numerous others, chasing the holy grail. Nothing has compared to the training and support I have recieved from Thomas and Base Camp. If you are willing to put in the time and work they will turn you into a consistantly profitable trader. I cannot recommend them enough.

The support staff were amazing in getting me a wonderful deal for a course that I particularly wanted to follow.
The staff who take the trading rooms are experienced and well informed, as well as being very patient.

Trader education is above my previous experiences.
Different trading styles using same trading mythology.
Has been very helpful in becoming profitable after many years of not being consistent in my trading.

Worth the monthly platinum price, easily make it back with 11 hour trades, assuming you know how to defend.

I don't trade options, I trade futures on the indexes. Much of the dialogue is not in my interest. Occasionally Thomas mentions the NQ. I have difficulty understanding him when he talks fast. Trying to learn how to trade, the chat room not much help. If I was an experiences trader using options the room would be invaluable. That's where I am.

Thomas, Dave, and John do a great job explaining how to understand and look at the different trading opportunities that are available in the markets.
Systemic, Purposeful, and Disciplined!

Dave and Thomas are great teachers and help me to pick the best trades. the 11hr and Moa trades seem to be my missing link to success

Thomas is brilliant. Good teacher, very disciplined and has stayed very consistent in his teaching and utilization of his rules. I have followed him for at least 5 years. The trading room is the best with far more value than many other rooms that are offered elsewhere.

Base Camp Trading has been a great experience. The advisors not only help you find the trades, but they show you how to find them yourself. This has been by far the best investment in myself. I have shown this to a few friends and relatives, and they are very excited to get started. Thank you so much for all your help. My retirement is looking better every day.
