This is a scam. Please don't waste your money on this site. I ordered three dresses, of which only the 2 arrived. One of them was fairly decent, but the other one was of horrible quality, nothing like the images on the site. When I contacted them to make a return they said I can only get a voucher of $23.

From my order of 3 dresses, I did receive 2 really wrong items, not even the size was correct. And the 3rd item I still don't have it after 3 months (!). My Emails get in fact answered, but always from a different person and they all tell me something else. From 3 options (1.keep the item and get 30Euro voucher, 2.30Euro partial refund and keep the item, 3.they will apply full refund but I need to resend the item) I wanted to chose to resend the items, but since I am sure the 3rd will also not be correct I am waiting on that. I don't want the wrong items.. And I will certainly not need a voucher to order again. Plus I think the return delivery will cost me more than the dresses and in the worst case I will not get any money back anyways.. I never had that bad of an experience with online shopping. Very disappointed!

Very disappointed... please don’t waste your money. They sent me a WRONG item. I ordered a jumpsuit and they sent me a dress that is a very bad quality, and bigger size. Now they just don’t respond my emails. What do I suppose to do with an ugly item that it's just a nuisance in my house? These people know nothing about business.

This company refuses to process refunds,please beware. Their stuff fits poorly on top of that so ypu emd up with a lot of noxe looking dtuff that fits oddly - just know that if you order something you are stuck with it. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

Our Order was a dress. It came after 6 Weeks. It was the wrong article and the dress we got, had the wrong size. The quality of the dress was very bad and the communication with the service was bad too. I got no answers on my questions via e-mail. I reported it on paypal, and the shop suggested a repayment of the half prize, but what should we do with a dress we dont like which have the wrong size? We rejected the repayment and paypal decided to repay us the full prize.
Dont make the mistake and order there. I saw the bad ratings on trustpilot but i tried to order something there and now im writing a rating such as bad as the other ratings.
DON'T DO IT
First I was provided with items that were nothing like what I ordered. They offered me a $7 voucher instead of letting me return it. I told them no, I wanted a full refund. My order had been split in two and I said I no longer wanted the second half of my order. Then, conveniently, that half of my order "already shipped." Finally, the second half of my order arrived and THAT was a mess. After going in circles via email they said the time to return the items had passed and now I have to keep them. I have emailed them asking for their agent for service of process so I can try to take them to small claims for my money back and I'm waiting to see if they will respond. I'm also working on submitting a consumer complaint against them. DO NOT SHOP AT BASECHARM.

This is the WORST online experience ever! They'd sent me a wrong dress and the costumer service kidded me. DON'T BUY ANYTHING.
I've received only €12 but the dress costs €28. The wrong dress was horrible and didn't worth € 5 !!! They really don't read all email you send: every time it seemed they didn't read the previous ones or that they're kidding you, they simply don't care and I think they don't understand English properly. If you want to TRY to have a full refund you have to pay for the shipment and then, IF the shipment gets there in 30 days, maybe they'll refund you.

Really bad, It took really long time to send the clothes even though it is written as within 7 days, took longer than 1-2months. The dress is not the one that I ordered and I am tired of complaining to them and waste my another 2 months for it. Awful service.

It took a really long time (about 2 months) to get shipped, but the dress I received is beautiful and good quality. I asked the customer service about my order and they replied fast and helpfully about why it was still being processed. 4 stars because it took so long.
Scammer alert
They put up pretty pictures of dresses that will lure you into buying one or more, only to realise later that you have been scammed. I ordered a dress on January 23 and the order was still being prepared 1 week later. Finally, I received an email stating that my order has been shipped, and it also contained the shipping number and another link to 'track' my parcel. As per that link, my order is being delivered by Hermes, but when I tracked the parcel using the legit Hermes website, it turned out to be an INVALID number. I'm still waiting to receive it, but going by what I saw on Hermes website and other reviews posted here, I'm pretty sure I have been scammed. The customer service is poor as well. Never ever get tempted by the pictures they post. Lesson learned.
Order was not delivered on time and customer service is silent
Their website says 5-12 days delivery time, but my package was shipped on January 21, but it hasn't even left China in 20 days. The customer service is not answering, they have created several different Facebook pages to advertise from them. Apparently because they get blocked because of complaints. Don't buy from them.
