Horrible customer service. My phone accidentally auto generated my delivery address and sent my product to an old domicile. I immediately contacted customer service to fix the issue and they said they “escalated” it. Turns out they never did anything and when I could not receive my package they refused to give me a refund. They constantly blamed me for putting in the wrong address and not making sure the issue was escalated properly. Total joke of a company who can’t accommodate customers. Do not buy from them.

i ordered on tiktok shop and it came surprisingly fast for tiktok shop. the order came in around 4-5 days and it arrived perfectly packaged and unharmed. the order was perfect as what i ordered. i will definitely be ordering at BASED again.

The delivery took a bit of time but it was worth it because the product was excellent and helpful. It transformed my hair and made me feel more confident.

I have the shampoo conditioner pomade and tried the texture powder before it has worked wonders for my hair couldn’t recommend enough this to anyone the pomade makes my hair look really healthy and textured an the shampoo dosent leave my hair straight and looks really healthy

I bought the sea salt spray and clay and skincare duo this stuff is liquid gold the texture is so good i actually had to wash it out the first time and i hardly put any in. Despite that it still wasnt greasy. The hold from the clay and the texture from the spray go so well. It fixed my straight hair.

Shipping was so fast, I am located in the UK. They said 8 days minimum but i got in in about 5 days ! It lasts so long too. My acne cleared because its so natural, theres no harsh chemicals too. It just keeps getting better.

Scam- ordered the based bundle and only received the sea salt spray. I've sent 5 emails with zero response.

I bought the shampoo and conditioner bundle and I even won an extra pomade the shampoo works really well and cleanses my hair and leaves a peppermint smell also the leave in conditioner makes my hair look wet for hours to a time.

Honestly the products are great but shipping does take a while 2-3 weeks you just gotta be patient. The customer support is also great they sent a replacement for my order that was defective.
