59 years old. Started using Tallow and Honey for my face early spring here in Wisconsin. Sunrise walks with my dog..bitter wind chills but with a refresh of this tallow before heading out in the morning rejuvenated my skin against the elements. The company is very customer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. I have been a customer for a number of months and 2 of my daughters are using tallow and honey balm as well.
Every morning after I shave I warm up the balm for about 20 seconds to soften it a little and apply to my face, neck and forehead.The results have been amazing for me and my skin is still soft the next morning at shave time.What I really like is how my face looks with a tan and the balm.

I have tried many tallow products that have been ok. I do not like smelling like a French fry when I am near sunshine or sweat from activity. This brand of tallow and honey cream is amazing! It is smooth smells lovely and the results are awesome! My husband is an outdoorsy man with no fuss and he loves the cream as well. I just bought the bar of soap and love it as well!

I have been using Based Supplies Beef Tallow for over a year now and I only order it straight from Basedsupplies.com as there are a lot of counterfeiters out there selling fake jars of gunk that does nothing, so please don’t be fooled and order it directly from the creator. My experience using beef tallow for the first time, and I kid you not, within the first week I was receiving compliments on how much younger I look which caught me by surprise as I just started using it. Love these products at Based Supplies! I've been using their Tallow soap and Tallow & Honey Balm for over a year and a half, and it has changed the skin on my face for the better! I now have even tones, way less break outs and helps make my skin look much younger then I really am. My 11 year old son loves the Tallow and Honey Balm with Magnesium for his feet at night, when he feels restless. He says it helps him relax and have a good night sleep. I would highly advise you get your products directly from the main website, to make sure you're getting legit items, sadly lots of imitations out there that are bad.

Every morning, I use the tallow soap on my face and then apply honey and tallow balm. My skin feels SO soft and healthy. No blemishes, no dry skin. Works wonders on chapped lips and hands during the cold winter months. There’s nothing this stuff can’t do. ;) Can’t wait to try the shampoo!

Our family has used several based supplies products: shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, tallow balm, and lip balm.
Our 10 month old baby has eczema. We discovered this company looking for a solution for him. The tallow balm has been the best balm we have tried. We have been using it on him for 4 months now. We have recently started using the bar soap on him in the bath. His skin is soft and hydrated coming out of the tub and then we just put the tallow balm on his stubborn eczema spots.
The tallow balm is also great for rough heels, dry cuticles, etc.
I have been using the shampoo and conditioner. I have medium length, fine, but dense hair. It is a clarifying shampoo that does not leave my hair stripped. The conditioner softens my ends.

I have purchased 15-20 jars of this over the past 2 years and I could not be more grateful to this company. My skin LOVES this product. I can use it as much as I like and my skin never complains. It is firmer, smoother, more hydrated, and as clear as can be. I receive so many compliments saying I look younger and my skin looks unbelievably healthy. I have given this to 5 friends as gifts and they all LOVE it. A little bit goes a long way and a jar lasts me 2+ months (that is wish 2x/day use and a third application in the summer after I sweat). All of this to say, I am a lifelong customer! So far I’ve gotten the onion shampoo and conditioner from them a couple times and I’m enjoying the products so far. I was feeling like my hair had gotten so thin, especially after having my baby. I definitely feel like my hair is fuller and healthier. In a world that’s filled to overflow with toxicity, it’s really nice that there are companies interested in doing things with quality ingredients.

Been using the tallow soap for some time now religiously, my wife loves the tallow balm with good results, so when the new Onion Hydrosol Shower Duo hit he market I said let's give it a try. Been using it for abut three days now and have found my hair to be more manageable and not so dry and frizzy. Still waiting to see if the other claims will come about, but so far so good, as I already suspected. Thanks for another quality product.

I live in an area with constant weather fluctuations and my skin pays the price. I found Based Supplies through an internet search for ways to treat eczema and was intrigued at the idea of using beef tallow. I bought the Tallow & Honey Balm to start and having been using it around my mouth, my shins, and my hands. The texture feels lighter and smoother han the various butters and creams Ive tried in the past. And there is a noticeable reduction in the embarrassing redness and my skin doesn't hurt anymore.

I was pleased enough with the results that I went back and bought the onion hydrosol shower duo and the peppermint beeswax lip balm. Ive only used the shampoo/conditioner twice so I cant attest to long term results but it smells nice and my hair looks soft and fluffy. The lip balm is firmer than Im used to but that isnt bad, it means I only need to use a little at a time.

For those who state they have had bad experiences , please make sure you bought the products right from the company basedsupplies dot com and not some knockoff from a cheap seller.

My husband and I absolutely love Based Supplies beef tallow. It’s become a staple in our house, and honestly it’s the only thing my husband will put on his face now. We’ve tried several other tallow brands before, and none of them even come close. Most had a weird smell or felt heavy and greasy, but this one is so clean, smooth, and absorbs nicely.
