Powerbank replacement
I bought a powerbank for laptops in 2024. This year I got an email which daid that there was a problem with my model with a certain SN.
After providing proof that I have such a powerbank, I received a new one free of charge!
This is what I call Customer Service! Excellent!
Charger of Nightmares
I bought a portable charger from them about one and half months ago. After 2 weeks of my purchase which I was happy with I got a notification from Amazon saying the product I bought was found to explode so a replacement was going to be sent out. Filled out all the paperwork I was cordial in the beggining. Customer service kept yelling at me to stop using the product which I said I did. After 15 working days was over I still havnt recived a shipping code. So I messaged and asked what the hold up was. They just forgot about me. They had it shipped next day took a week. Then Fedex lost the package. I had to wait 10 days before this company would do anything. Once I was on the 10th day and a month into waiting they asked me to contact fedex on there behalf. I was pissed that they cant do there own jobs. So I called and fedex told me they lost it and that the shipper needs to file a claim. 2 or 3 days later I get an email stating that they are working with fedex to locate and they will send me another product out in 15 working days. So I now have to wait another month to mabey get this dam product. DO NOT USE THERE PRODUCTS!

Good customer service!
The products are excellent and the customer service representatives are friendly and helpful.
The product supports on the website and the app are poor: the translations into English are clumsy and inaccurate, there are no product manuals with clear explanations, and the "how-to" pages are poorly designed and do not convey the necessary information.
Again, though, the customer service reps are very helpful and if you have product issues, email them and ignore the webpage and app.

Good product and service
Everything arrived promptly and worked well except for one PicoGo battery pack. Two worked great, one wouldn’t wirelessly charge a phone. Baseus customer service was easy to work with a provided a functional replacement.

I got a pair of the Bowie Bluetooth earbuds. Got them promptly and am really enjoying using them as they sit comfortably over my ear and allow me to hear my surroundings. How could I go wrong with something called Bowie! Anyway, decided to get a pair for my husband. Unfortunately this pair I never received. Customer service asked me to check around the door and with neighbors and then to give it a few more days. But when I got back to turn with still no package they promptly sent a new pair. Great and very respectful service.
Beautiful ear buds which stay in place…
Beautiful ear buds which stay in place whille I work out. the design is elegant and so easy. I'm not very savvy with electronics, but it was easy to connect to blue tooth and the sound is amazing. I can hear music while still hearing birdsong and runners behind me .
I ordered AirPods based with bad quality
I ordered AirPods based on an ad, only received a defective product. When I reached out to customer support for assistance, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. Not only did the AirPods not work, but the support team also treated me poorly, using disrespectful language and failing to resolve my issue. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will not be purchasing from baseuspak.com company again. We don't have extra money to spent on useless products.

Baseus did not honor manufacture…
Baseus did not honor manufacture warranty on two of my purchases. They give excuses "purchased from a third-party online store" or "please contact the platform". It's called manufacture warranty!
My original package was stolen
My original package was stolen, requiring extensive email correspondence. Baseus replaced it free of charge. They responded within their promised 24-hour window and were caring and communicative throughout the process. I purchased the Baseus Eli Sport 1 earbuds and have been very satisfied with them. They're a great product. from my personal experience.
My thing is it’s probably not the… the shipping department
My thing is it’s probably not the company but it’s how they run everything if somebody online order something they should let this person know. Let that person know what day is coming in or if it’s gonna be a delay or something they don’t reach out and say oh yeah, it’s gonna be another week. I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks For a package and then when I finally get my package, they didn’t never let me know when the package was coming to the last minute, so I’m not mad at the company I’m just mad at the procedure or how they want running everything.

A follow up as promised with regards to my recent dealings with this company and im glad to say its positive.
your going to need patience with regards to a refund as the wheels turn slowly in that department.
In general communication was fluent,the item came in time and was well packaged.
A little push was needed during the refund process but i received my refund 1 month later,
as they say better late than never.
a couple of emails made me see red flags,so with that in mind id probably not use them again to be on the safe side, so dont let this put you off too much.
