Very good after sale service

I received Basil bicycle bags 6 and half years ago. They are beautiful, practical, big, enough water repellent. Unfortunately the plastic of the buckles broke and I was unable to close one of the bags to keep items safe and dry. I didn't know where to find the exact piece I needed and my bags where still in good shape to throw them away. I contacted Basil explaining my problem and they sent me home 2 new buckles of the perfect size, for free. With this kindness and service I recommend this brand, that I will personally buy again.
