Hvis det havde været muligt at tildele dette firma nul stjerner, ville jeg have gjort det. Firmaet lever efter min vurdering ikke op til de grundlæggende forventninger til service og professionalisme.
Hvor danske dentaldepoter generelt udviser et højt serviceniveau, har dette firma udvist en markant mangel på kundeservice og tilfredshed. De har behandlet os respektløst og uansvarligt – især på det sidst, hvor vi har afbrudt samarbejdet
