My Friends lego, came today I am so angry right now. This place needs to refund my money. I am contacting better business on them.
They give false descriptions. I ordered the whole set of Friends minifigures. And they only sent 1 out of 7. They are not willing to send the other six I paid for. Sadly, they are a scam.:(
Do not buy from Basisstyle under any circumstance. They deserve 0 stars, not 1.
They are a company that scam people by advertising one product and shipping something entirely different and then offering a partial refund for the 'inconvenience caused'.
We ordered 2 items (robotic vacuums) from the website and we were sent items that wern't just different, they were literally a plastic shell with no smarts to them what so ever. These products will literally be thrown in the rubbish bin. I wouldn't donate these items to charity, they are such poor quality. Since the order was placed, the items have now been removed from their website.
There was no mistake in the order. Nothing was done to rectify the issue by sending the correct item (because it doesn't exist)
The item on the invoice also matches the piece of rubbish they shipped, so there was never going to be an item that matched their advertisement.
The item arrived scrunched up in a shipment bag 3/4 the size of the box. Ive never seen such poor service and disrespect for a product or a customer.
Currently have 2 claims in with Paypal over these scammers.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
A scam website they will show you a different thing online and send you a different thing.
Please be aware i have notice such a website come online for a while and go offline very quickly.
I wish I could give it lower than 1 rating. Ordered a robo mop for $65 and they send a robo mop which was for less than $15. It's a scam. Please be aware before you buy any item from them. They would try to offer you cash coupon for 20 or so but that would be used for buying another fake advertised product from their website. Also for any returns don't expect a refund as they are scammers what more to expect.
Purchased items se t to me wasn’t even close to what was advertised!!! FAKE FAKE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT !!! I will report to PayPal and Better bureau so they can be forced to stop!!!
Unbelievable company !!
Beware... these guys are SCAMMERS!!!! Loyalred.com and onesgos.com are the same people. Yes you get a product, but it is a toy. Paypal DOES NOT support or protect the customer, so don't be fooled by them either!!
I ordered a vacuum robot there. I canceled my transaction because I noticed it was a vacuum that looked like exactly one of a start-up that hasn't delivered already their product (called Narwal). So I made some investigation and discovered that few websites such as loyalred.com and onesgos.com (which are actually the same websites) had the same products and EXACTLY the same description than basisstyle.com. I read some reviews and found terrible information: These two websites sell this vacuum as a high-tech 3 in 1 robot. But actually they send you a robot which is the most simple you could find (not a 3 in 1 but just a 0 in 1) that isn't worse any penny. After that it's really hard to complain on PayPal because you received the product and accepted it. From there Paypal won't look any further to see if it's exactly the same robot. So, I decided to cancel my order. I can't prove they are part of this terrible SCAM but I can say they have the exact same description for their product (I mean, every word is the same).
