Needed an alcohol-free gift hamper as a get well gift but inadvertently chose a hamper with alcohol- staff were really helpful and changed out the alcohol with delicious alternatives.
I’ve used this company several times and they have never disappointed.

Very much recommend! The basket arrived and was beautiful and the recipient loved it. In addition, customer service was beyond excellent. Due to my own error, I entered the postal code wrong and the package was shipped to wrong location. The ladies at Basket Galore helped to track down and re-deliver the package. Top notch !

Brilliant service for next-day delivery gifts within Ireland and Northern Ireland. I had a slight technical glitch due to being in another time zone and was able to talk to a real person to fix it. They even added a special personalised treat for my dad. Highly recommend.
