Honestly my experience has been really disappointing with Basma and ive been planning to leave an honest review online for a while . Though i was happy with the customer service and all but the results of my teeth are just sad. I never had spacing on my lower teeth but after Basma now i do have one that didnt go away. I never had prblems with my bottom teeth and to now have spacing in the middle of my lower teeth is just frustrating. Also the lower teeth have become too far back which makes my smile weird now as you can only see my upper teeth. Since i ended my journey ive been to many many dentists to try to resolve this but i got to a point where i just gave up..

My only objective in paying for aligner treatment was to fix the gap, which I made clear when I first spoke to their customer service. If the treatment addresses other issues, that would be wonderful, but I only care about closing the gap. They sent me 20 steps, and midway through the treatment, the team realized they needed to adjust, so they sent me new 10 steps. Before the last two steps, customer service informed me that the treatment is not working, and I will have to pay for additional steps. Their excuse was that my treatment took longer than it should have. I informed them that their team themselves recommended that I wear some steps for additional days. It is also a feature in their app to adjust days if you missed any. They also suddenly started refusing the updated pictures I was submitting. They said they are not clear, but they have never had issues with the pictures before then. I was extremely disappointed that their team refused to take responsibility for adjusting the treatment they themselves gave me. They also did not present this additional cost as an option, but rather expected to pay no question asked. I explained to them that I am unable to pay any additional cost, as what I already paid them (7000+ S. R.) was a huge investment for me. I paid more than my savings to get the gap closed, as I was never confident about my smile. When I informed them that I would not be able to pay any extra, the team refused to provide me with feedback on the pictures submitted for the last two steps. To add insult to injury, after I completed the last step, they informed me that my last dentist appointment to remove the attachments will NOT cover a scan to ensure the retainer fits. This means all the money I paid was for nothing, as my gap did not close and the retainer will not fit, which means my teeth can easily go back to where they were before the treatment. This experience has taken a toll on me mentally, and I am sharing it here because I know many people in my shoes who would rather get the results they paid for. I recommend you do a lot of research and do not let social media posts influence your decision. Make sure to sign a contract that includes all essential appointments until you get the desired results, and there is no vague "smile guarantee" clause.

Update (May 23rd, 2026):

Since I wrote this review, BASMA team contacted me on the phone and was finally willing to listen to me and revise their treatment. At the end of the conversation, though, they asked to delete this review. I declined and said, I am willing to update it according to any steps they offer to correct the treatment. I asked them if this was a condition to revise my treatment, and they said no. I also read them the policy of this website that says "Companies aren't allowed to offer incentives or pay to hide reviews".

After doing a scan, they contacted me on the phone with a proposed treatment. Again, at the end of the conversation, I was asked to delete this review. My response was the same: that this review was my honest experience, and my voice must be heard. I also offered again to update this review of any revision of the treatment offered by them.

In the third phone call, when I was expecting a response from their management, they told me that management had not approved it yet due to my review, and they asked me to change it from one star to 4 stars in addition to updating the review. I told them my response remains the same, and instead of doing the right thing, they are furthering my frustration and stress. In this phone call, too, they continued to blame me for why the treatment did not work instead of taking accountability.

In their response here to this review, they claim that they are "committed to each patient to achieve their goals". Well, I never achieved mine. In every step, especially the mid-course adjustment, I was paying attention to the gap and noticing that it never closed.

Additionally, in their response here, they are claiming that their team "continuously monitored" my case, which is not true. Their team refused to provide feedback for pictures of the last two steps. Before writing this review, their team refused to offer a final scan to ensure the retainer fits.

Ultimately, after their constant demands to delete this review, they agreed to revise the treatment on the condition of paying for the doctor visit on top of the damages they caused me. I am beyond disappointed and hurt by their treatment of me, a paying client. When I thought they were finally willing to revise the treatment that did not work, I realized they were only offering it at the cost of silencing my voice. Most of my communication with them was via Whats@pp messages, but they ensured to ask me to delete this review on the phone, three times, which is not only unprofessional, but also unethical.

The team is helpful, they always reply on whatsapp. It is easier than booking appointments and spending time to go to the orthodontist. Very practical especially if you don’t have a severe case!

Such a great experience with Basma: Great customer service, friendly nice and professional , great offered value and guaranteed results. I am so satisfied with my new smile, reached in a short period of time. I highly recommend trying Basma, the procedure being done at home and the pain free solution makes it the best choice out there!

I had a really great experience with Basma.com aligners. The whole process was smooth and convenient, especially being able to manage everything from home. The aligners were comfortable, easy to use, and I started noticing results sooner than I expected. Their team was also very supportive and responsive whenever I had questions. Basma has been disappointing so far. They’re very slow to reply online, shipping is always late, and I’m halfway through my treatment with no results yet.I’m very disappointed and worried I’m not getting enough care and worried for the results

I have been very impressed with the service and the app for the price that I paid. The staff have always been friendly and on hand to help.
The app is easy to use to upload the images and the fact that the aligners are all made and delivered to your door is great. I have successfully recommended the service to my friend and I’ve told many more people about Basma!

My lower teeth were very crooked and squashed, I hated seeing them in photos. Now they are more straight, and the dentist said that I could possibly fill the tiny gaps in my gum with something to make them look even better.

My experience was overall good. I recommend basma definitely. The team was professional

I am very satisfied with my new smile. The Basma team are true professionals and provide very close follow-up throughout the process. They even offer free refinements if your treatment needs it. I highly recommend Basma for anyone looking for a great experience and a beautiful smile.

honest opinion: I was about to go get veneers, then chose Basma, Im glad I did....I saved my teeth....I started two years ago, even though my teeth needed only 9 months, but then my teeth needed extra steps for adjustments....and then i travelled, and came back, and they waited, and they did all adjustments without any extra costs....Im about to remove the attachments in a week, Im very happy with the result, and more confident with my smile..the process was so easy throughout the whole thing, and most importantly I want to thank Noura, the lady who was in touch with me this whole time, she is amazing, but I assume their whole customer service team is great too, the clinic is so white and super clean. Everything is so professional and personalized if I want to summarize everything I said.
