0* -Worst experience EVER

0* -Worst experience EVER! Bloody rude and unprofessional. The drivers on bus 205 refused to open the toilets for us to use (group of over 30 with children). We booked them from Mecca to Medina. First they said there was no water and then they said that it would smell thats why they wouldn't allow us. Then after 5 hours or so a few of us confronted them as the masjid toilets were unsuitable too. They finally allowed us, funnily enough there was water - so this was an absolute lie. I felt sorry for the young children who had to go through this. Totally unacceptable pathetic behaviour from a so called professional company. 🙄

I took the package from this company…

I took the package from this company and had traveling on the company's bus some time ago for Mecca
They didn't even have their own bus. They sent a third party bus, and their service is very bad and their driver is very ugly when I talked to them,
When I talked to them, one of his manager Amjad and Raheel made a lot of misconduct with me and said that you would go on the airplane
I request the most not to take their service. The way to talk to them is very bad and if there is a problem, they do not listen to it

The smell in the hotel was undescribable...Rats garbage was here and there . . .we didn't have any idea who to contact and why on earth have these people put us here . . .
I tried to email Saudi umra and Hajj ministry but there email box was full pathetically and amazing . . .
Only option we were left was to curse them in Haram shareef which we all along with our kids did fully . . .

We applied umrah visa for 8 people…

We applied umrah visa for 8 people through Basma Emaar via an agent. Unfortunately out of 8, only 3 visas could be approved. I will just say to be careful while applying, because agents make lot of mistakes while submitting application and resulting in rejection. My experience with Basma Emaar was not good

I'm very disappointed with my recent…

I'm very disappointed with my recent booking experience. I was given false commitments regarding the room type and ultimately placed in a different wing of the hotel than promised. The quality of the accommodation was far below the advertised four-star standard, yet I was charged the full price. This has been a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, and I hope the company addresses these issues. I would not recommend booking through this agent.
