I have visited a bike shop in San…

I have visited a bike shop in San Sebastian to rent 3 bikes for a ride with my relatives. The guys working there clearly know how to take care of bikes, they help with choosing the right size of the bike, provide you with a spare tube and tools.
After that they helped me choose my own bike with their expert advice and did a first maintenance for free. The price was lower then in the other shops around and online.

Recommend to everyone who loves bikes!

Recommended 100%

The bike was delivered with wrong pedals. This was not the fault of basquecountry.bike but an agent in between.
Nevertheless they handled the problem swiftly and to my complete satisfaction.
Furthermore they reduced my rental fee. This was a very professional and kind handling from basquecountry.bike. I can recommend them 100% if you are looking for a rental bike in the basque country.
