When I wanted to deposit a significant amount to bataviacasino, the deposit was not written into the account. Even with signing out and in to the same account, and depositing another amount into another account, the same results.
After waiting for 30 minutes, the customer representative was rude. His explanation was "Look at what I just written, - which was totally unclear to us" - Like I am an expert and know how the backstage of their site works. I will take my money somewhere else.
