They are ignoring me :(
I ordered a lingerie set in October 2024. Despite carefully following the size guide both the bra and panty I got was way too big. When contacting the company about this they said that I could get a replacement set for free, if I only paid for the shipping. I agreed to this and asked for help with the size. Then I never heard back from them again. I've tried messaging them several times, via several different channels. But they are simply ignoring me. So more than a year later I am still stuck with a set that I can never use, that I paid good money for. And I haven't been given any solution at all. I am so disappointed :( This is a horrible way to treat your customers and I don't recommend this company to anyone!
