⭐ 1 Star (Would Give Zero if Possible)
I wish I could rate Batch Leads a zero. I signed up for the 7-day free trial and was paid for a full year. When I realized the platform was not user-friendly, I called three days later to cancel; still within the trial period and was told I couldn’t cancel and would have to switch to month to month, pay for a month, even though I wasn’t using their service and then cancel.
I never signed a contract, yet they refused to cancel before the trial ended. The whole experience felt very unethical and misleading business practices. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this platform to read the fine print and proceed with caution. I'm filing a dispute with my bank because this is just wrong on every level. To be clear, I signed up utilizing the seven day trail period but lets say I didn't you still offer this service so why not honor it especially when you see the platform was not used.

We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify your concern. After reviewing your account, we confirmed that you did not sign up for a 7-day trial but for an annual plan directly. Our refund policy allows refunds within 3 days only if there has been no account usage. In your case, usage was recorded during that period.
As a consideration, our team offered to downgrade your subscription to a monthly plan and refund the difference, but this option was declined. Despite being outside of policy, we proceeded with a full refund, which was processed and confirmed on October 15, 2025.
We strive to handle all concerns fairly and transparently, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have further questions, our support team remains available to assist you.
