Hit or miss.
I am a real estate investor. I use batchskip trace to find property owners. Sometimes I am able to reach them sometimes I am not. As of this moment I have not been able to access the website for about 2 weeks now.
I get a message that says “ there are multiple users at this time” but it’s only me. Just last week I used the service to contact a property owner, turns out the person that was associated with the number from the results was not the property owner. Other than those complains the site is ok. Easy to use and understand and it is user friendly.
