Absolutely awesome. Jay reached out upon discovery that wasn't utilizing a feature to inquire why. I was wonderfully stunned, and relieved because I was actually having trouble figuring it out. He set up a meeting with me and he walked me through it. I now feel more confident that I can use the feature, saving myself hours of work each day in research.
