My 7 month son was waking up every hour and used me as a human pacifier. He was a silent reflux baby and had 'trauma' from being so uncomfortable while sleeping. Batelle is very specific with their techniques and it was helpful to know that I was there to support him as he was learning to self-soothe. Staff was very helpful and made you feel like their only client and is continuing to work with us through sleep regressions, illnesses, and teething. The app is a wonderful resource. I highly recommend this company!!

The team was so supportive and it made all the difference having them throughout our journey. Our son took to the games and journey so well and we built real foundational skills that translate well into every day life as well as sleeping.

We were at the end of our rope and completely out of hope that we would ever have a good sleeping child. After a year of muscling through sleepless nights, it was time to try something new. My mom heart couldn’t handle the idea of my baby crying for hours and hours with other methods of sleep training, and honestly I was a little hesitant that “sleep school” wouldn’t be a variation on the sleep training/cry it out theme.

The approach is completely different in the best way! Is it a lot of work on the parents part, yes! BUT if you take the time to do the steps right and at a speed that is comfortable for you and your child, you help your child build a trusting relationship with sleep and their sleep space.

We have and will continue to refer Batelle to any and all parents we come in contact with!

Batelle was a game-changer for us! While we were apprehensive about the price at first, we whole-heartedly recommend this program to anyone wanting to set up healthy sleep practices for their baby or child, it was so worth it. The staff are friendly, encouraging, knowledgable, understanding, and responsive. It meant a lot to me to be able to do the work alongside my baby instead of leaving him to cry-it-out/ figure-it-out on his own. It wasn't easy and at first it seems intimidating but everyone we spoke to was so wonderful and made the process feel easier. So worth it for my baby to be getting the sleep he needs for healthy development!

Our baby wasn’t able to sleep anywhere but on us since they day she was born. It was such a huge struggle, so we decided to join the sleep school. We started quite early when our baby girl was 2.5 months old, and we took it a bit slow, given how little our baby was. But after a month of teaching her healthy sleep associations, we finally decided to stop rocking and holding her. I didn’t believe that it would work, but the results were astonishing. First night it took her 18 minutes to fall asleep, and she wasn’t even crying that hard. After 3-4 nights she got used to falling asleep in her crib and now it takes her 5-7 minutes, and there’s no crying. Plus when she wakes up in the middle of the night, she knows how to go back to sleep and we can just stay in our bed instead of rocking her for 30 minutes. Overall, joining Batelle was one of the best decisions, and it’s worth every penny. We got so much support from them, and they were always available for calls/chat. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone!

Batelle was so helpful for us. Our 18 month old is sleeping through the night (with a few short wake ups) which is so much better than previously. The techniques and support groups were SO helpful and makes you feel that you are not alone in this journey! My husband and I are different people now that we can sleep!

We love Batelle! Batelle has changed the way we think about parenting, not just sleep. We now know the importance of setting boundaries while making sure our child knows we are there for him. At the end of the program our baby has been sleeping peacefully in his crib all night for 11 hour stretches. We thought we were too late to help him choose sleep at 18 months old but Batelle worked even for the toddler stage!

The level of support is amazing and i loved that this is a no cry it out method and the connection built has a positive effect on your relationship with your children generally not just at night. I just wish id done it sooner.

Going through the Batelle program is the best choice we’ve ever made! I’ve been able to successfully night wean our 8 month old as well as get him sleeping through the night from 630p-6a like a champ. The tools we have now to tackle the inevitable rough nights are priceless and I finally feel confident in the long haul of these early years. The support team is incredible as well and has found unique ways of encouraging your progress that don’t feel condescending or overdone, but rather genuine and always helpful.

We were desperate to get some more sleep and couldn't believe how well Batelle worked for us! Their team is wonderful and was always responsive as we went through our sleep journey. They have a community of parents who are going through similar things and daily calls that you can leverage to learn from others and the team at Batelle. Now our 8 month old is sleeping soundly through the night thanks to their amazing work! Thank you!

Our 18 month old daughter was waking 2-6 times a night and could only fall back to sleep nursing. This was becoming untenable. I was exhausted and becoming more and more unhappy and resentful. I had tried several times myself to break the suck-to-sleep pattern which I knew was the main problem, but in the end always went back to what worked to just get everyone back to sleep. The Batelle claim that she would be able to put herself to sleep within minutes and stay asleep all night seemed too good to be true. I started out very skeptical about whether their system would truly work that well for us, but I was willing to try anything and happy to be proven wrong. From day one my skepticism changed to confidence that we would get there because of how kind and knowledgeable the team was, and because all the material made perfect sense. The prep-time each day especially in the first week was more than I had anticipated, but I felt prepared and had a plan each night. Different than the previous times before Batelle, when things got tough during the night I didn't feel unsure about what to do. I felt confident that if I stuck to the plan, we were going to get to the other side. To my absolute disbelief after just five nights she was falling asleep within minutes without nursing and only waking once or twice. After another week she was sleeping through the night. I'm over the moon and couldn't be more grateful to the Batelle team for helping our family get more sleep!

I cannot say enough great things about Batelle and the team of amazing coaches. They were so patient and incredible in so many ways. Not only to help me work through the sleep process with my son but helped me work through it as well. It’s almost as hard, if not harder on the parents, and they take care of the whole family. I have loved working with them and I’m a little sad to not have the 24/7 chat anymore because they were just so wonderful. But also so happy with how far my son has come and that they will be there until he is 6! That’s amazing! Thank you to the whole Batelle team.

Amazing program which is made extraordinary by their excellent team! We love everything we learned to help our toddler transition to sleeping alone in his room, but the amount of care and support is unheard of. We love everything about Batelle and if you’re still undecided I highly suggest just going for it. One of the best investments we’ve made that has helped not only for sleep but also to help us teach us how to navigate difficult situations with our son. Thank you to everyone in the Batelle team! the 24/7 support was great! My only complaint is that sometimes we got mixed advice. Other than that so far so good on the sleep! And lots of support during the whole path.

We had tried a few other "sleep training" programs and had no luck. A friend mentioned this sleep school and we were desperate to try anything. THIS WORKED. I love how they personalize the program based on your child's specific needs. Their 24/7 help was crucial and utilized many times. My son who had not slept through the night in over a year was sleeping through the night on night 10. They were so accommodating when my son got sick and we needed to start over halfway through. I love the methods they use, and their approach. It made all the difference for us and my son. I would highly recommend Batelle if you want good sleep for not only you but also your child!

My 26 month old daughter was a literal terror at night. She would have tantrums and cry for hours at bedtime, she would get out of the bed countless times at night, she would make us sleep next to her in her bed until she fell asleep (which would take an average of 2 hours). We were tethered to her at night.

She would wake up in the middle of the night or come running to our bed in tears every.single.night. She did not feel safe in her sleep space, she could not go to sleep independently, nor did she sleep throughout the night.

The night I discovered Batelle, I remember being up with her at 3AM unable to console her. I was THIS close to losing my mind and I knew there had to be a solution that I had yet to come across. We tried a few other sleep programs to no avail, but I was willing to try another.

I signed us up for Batelle Sleep School that same day. The curriculum is very parent led and there is a lot of material to read and put into action but hear me when I say, THIS WORKS.

By night 4 into sleep school, my daughter was sleeping through the night, no more wake ups, no more climbing out of bed, no more sneaking into our room and bed, and fell asleep independently without us even being in the room. For the first time in 2 years, I slept all night too. It was literally a miracle.

What I liked most about this program is that there is a ton of support. There is a 24/7 live chat, daily support calls, and even room camera access options in the event you need live guidance (I was so sure I was going to need this but never did). This sets them apart from all the other sleep programs I bought that pre recorded "one size fits all" content. My daughter's sleep issues needed way more than that.

This program was worth every dime that I paid. If you are struggling, at your wits end, and haven't slept in months-years, do you and your child a favor by enrolling and committing to Batelle's sleep school.

Our 1 year old had some major separation anxiety at night after the birth of her baby sister. I was sleeping less than two hours at night and then struggling at work the next day. By day 10 of the program, she’s sleeping 12 hour nights on her own. Program definitely works.

I highly recommend Batelle Babies for anyone who wants to be more involved with helping their child with independent sleep and feels any extinction method of sleep training doesn’t align with them. We signed up with our 5-month-old and CIO/Ferber Methods just didn’t sit well with me. Learning to self-soothe is a skill. Our babies are humans and I believe they deserve the respect of having guidance when making changes and learning something new. Leaving our daughter to figure it out on her own didn’t make sense to me, when all this time relied on us as her parents to feel safe while sleeping. Lucie, Kim and Emily were extremely supportive, and compassionate to help me, help our daughter in this way; even during my most stressed and sleep-deprived states. We had a few changes to make around sleep from stepping away from contact napping, breast feeding to sleep (the feeding support was also invaluable), to getting out of a swaddle and bassinet and into a crib. We approached each task as our daughter showed she was ready for the next step. Batelle Babies is an investment in effort and finances but worth it when I know they will be with us till our daughter turns 6 years old to help us with anything that comes up as she gets older. I only gave 4 stars because the website doesn't have information about Batelle Babies (for babies younger than 6 months) which is different than sleep school (babies 6+ months and older children.) Because of that, it was hard to adjust our expectations.

We knew what we were doing prior to Batelle was NOT working. We needed change. How were we going to do this? How do we change it?
Our boy was 7 months old. I exclusively nursed him to sleep every night and day time nap. My husband researched and found Batelle. We had a meet n greet call to talk about our situation and learn more about what Batelle could do for us. We met via zoom and the representative was SO kind, helpful and reassuring. Then we found out it was $1500. We were turned off by this because it is a lot of money. We came to the conclusion if we could swing this $1500 in someway we should proceed. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION FOR US! Every person we’ve encountered through Batelle has been amazing. They are kind, responsive, helpful and there for you when we feel at our wits end as parents, sleep deprived. They taught me how to cut nursing to sleep and the best of all is how gentle and effective this method is. We went from a bedtime taking 1-2 hours to get our baby fully asleep. Him waking up an hour later and multiple times through the night. Now he sleeps 11 hours at night. He does not nurse to sleep. The pressure is off myself as mom since other people can feed him and put him to sleep. Dad has more responsibility now in helping putting the baby down for bed time. This was worth every penny. I would do it again and I will referral all my sleep deprived parents to Batelle! The thing I loved most about them was how QUICK they were to respond. You needed help right away? They were there! Needed extra support and hop on a zoom meeting? They were there! Had a question in the moment on what to do? They were there! The other thing I loved the most was a lot of it was on my time. I would read important information and join a video call when it worked best for me. I am a full time working mom of THREE so my time is always in a crunch.

Batelle did a wonderful job supporting us through the process of helping our son learn to sleep on his own. Simple, easy to follow steps were laid out in each stage and by the end of sleep school our 3 year old was confidently falling asleep on his own and staying in his bed all night.
